Had a great experience this morning on 9/17/25 at 8:05am. This Dunkin’ is super clean and organized, the donuts were fresh and delicious. My wife and I ordered a hot pumpkin latte and an iced pumpkin latte both were delicious. The manager was awesome and inviting loved her morning spirit. The lady who made our drinks was nice, she had a big smile and made these drinks with love. Overall the staff at this place had an inviting face besides that one young kid that was to the side who looked like he did want to be there lol.

The worse dunkin experience. Bought a hot chocolate and it was so nasty. I couldn't give 0 but that's what it deserves.
In Orlando on bisssness so not my normal Dunkin, it was disastrous from the start. Im at the menu in the drive through ordering, I had to repeat my coffee order 3 times before she got it remotely correct. I stated 3 extra pumps of caramel for my coffee the screen showed only three, i asked, I want what comes with it plus 3 extra, and she said, yes, that is the three extra on the screen. So I pull up my coffee only has three pumps of caramel, and it's not decaf like I asked and repeated. Got a sausage egg and cheese wake up wrap too, sausage was rubbery like. Eventhough this is a brand new dunkin, just avoid it. Go to the McDonald's across the street, they got my order right, And the food was good.

Arrived at 3:05 asked for a medium decaf coffee. I was told they won't make it. They don't sell a lot of decafs, so they are not allowed to make it. Horrible customer service
