The coffee shop employee is appallingly rude and unprofessional. I was treated with contempt simply for ordering a coffee. I will never set foot in that place again!

Very bad service we have two different order by the app for the same person when we get window by the drive thru the lady ask us for the two order number so we show her but she did not understand the order she give us one and refused to give us the other one instead of take time tray to figure the issue. I did not recommend this store

This is the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I ever been. The girl had a really bad attitude. I ordered a hot mocha latte it came half empty with no mocha. I told her and she was ready to scream. She fixed it real quick. I’m almost throw it back to me. I honestly drove away and throw it to the garbage don’t feel comfortable drinking that coffee I don’t know what she’s putting in my coffee with that attitude. And they also took the longest time ever.

By far the worst customer service I have EVER received! The employees were nasty at the drive thru so I ended up going into the store to make sure that my order was received correctly and overheard the staff talking about me upon entering. As I’m watching my order being made, I notice the gentleman making my food touch everything with his gloves including the trash, I asked if that was my order, he said no & it ended up being my order. I asked for corporates number and was told “they were too busy to provide me the number”. I left and went back for the iced coffees they never handed me because they put them on the shelf for “order pick up” , caught the manager (Komi) outside on the phone. The place wasn’t busy at all (if they were, the manager wouldn’t be outside on the phone) I will NEVER return to this DD again. Overall, I enjoy Dunkin’ Donuts every now and then but goodness y’all just be hiring anyone these days.

It is the absolute worst Dunkin’ Donuts that I’ve been with the two in my life. My breakfast was ice cold by the time we walked across the street, which was a two minute walk from my hotel. I asked him heated up. They said they were gonna make me a whole new one and they just reheated the same one that they serve me originally However the coffee was good and my husband enjoyed his donuts. I would Go elsewhere

This is the best Dunkin' Donuts Ive ever been to. In the mornings there is this young man named Shawn that takes pride in his work. He is what customer service looks like. When he makes your food he makes it with Love. Even the Manager is very friendly and helpful. I switched to this location because of him.

This morning September 5th at around 7:33am I ordered two prepped bagels and two loaded hash browns with only cheese. When I pull up to the window I made sure to ask as to put an extra emphasis on the no bacon. I get my food handed almost immediately which was nice but as soon as I get my food I can see dark spots through the clear lids and when I open it both hash browns had bacon. I tell the young lady about the mix up and she quickly was willing to help. I get told to park up front as there are people in the drive thru and that she’ll bring my food out as soon as it’s ready. I wait a couple minutes not long at all and I see her coming out with a bag and this is where my problem begins. I’m handed the bag and she goes inside I decided to double check since there was a prior mix up and what they decided to do was to scoop out the bacon. I genuinely believe they were scooped up with fingers as there were witness marks all across the food. At this point i’m rather upset that this is how I'm being dealt with. I believe it’s a simple request to not have bacon. I don’t eat bacon due to religious reasons. I go inside and ask to speak to a manager who was a sweet heart and very understanding/willing to help and correct the situation. But on the other hand the male cook who was in the back was very rude when asked about the situation he got very defensive saying something amongst the lines of “I said for him to pull up front and wait. We’re busy.” Hence I did pull up front and wait. Once the food was prepped for a third time he comes up to me and throws the food on the counter with a nasty attitude this made my blood boil so much so I left to not escalate the already bad situation considering that there were other customers. I come to this Dunkin’ Donuts very often as I’m going to trade school right across the street. It upsets me how I was treated today in particular. If making food upsets a person so much I don’t believe they should have a job doing so. I don’t believe I’ll be returning to this location where I don’t feel welcomed.

I understand it’s not the best area, so my expectations shouldn’t be high haahah! The coffee is always good, the hash browns always minuscule. But recently, they’ve been slacking on napkins and clean condiments! I didn’t even have syrup in my order but My ketchup was covered in it! No napkins

Zanu was great! I watched her with a very rude customer and she handled it very well! Zanu had excellent customer service skills! I highly recommend her!
