Sad to think that this is the only dunKin i always go to. I ordered 2 muffins since they didnt have what i really wanted. Then the 2 muffins were thrown into the bag as if it weren't food.. Then i ordered a large coffee light and sweet and they give me a large black coffee. I was not happy and very disappointed.

I went in today because I had a member exclusive coupon for the sausage, Egg and cheese empanada. I enjoy them very much in general. So I thought a breakfast one would be pretty cool. I don't know whether to think it's just false advertisement or just a defective empanada But it looks 0% like the picture And the taste is a 2 out of 10 just because it is sausage and that's literally all you taste. The egg is just mush, no fluffy. Chunks of any kind. At least I gotta donut that I can eat instead of my actual breakfast. By the way, the staff was great, so no complaints there and the store was clean.

Ordered a matcha and I was given a cup of mostly milk. There was a slight green tint and it tasted like sweetened milk no matcha flavor at all! Service was rushed and unpleasant.

I happened to arrive at the store at a bad time, and there weren't many types of donuts in the showcase, but I ordered and received a chocolate-covered donut and iced tea. The staff was friendly and I was able to enjoy the delicious donuts. thank you.

Can’t say quality of food, did not get service. Also, location is wrong in Google Maps. I asked for service several times and the employees stayed in the back chatting with each other. Left for WaWa across the street.

Managers are extremely rude and unprofessional; Attempting to call the store to speak to a manager about my w2 finally got somebody to answer the phone after calling for 2 weeks straight. Lady who answered wouldn’t provide her name but said she was “manager” She was overwhelmed with my questions and hung up the phone saying she wasn’t going to help me when I question why no one ever answers the phone, I called back and she passed the phone to a different lady who then passed the phone to a male. I asked for this managers name and the male said what am I going to do with her name he is the boss and it is pointless asking for her name. I said I was going to report her to corporate for hanging up he then told me to get a pen and paper to write her name and spelled out “suckmyd***” and hung up. Have yet have someone reach me concerning my w2.

If they tell you to park and wait for your order after going through the drive through. Don’t do it, you’ll wait 30 mins. They’ll forget about your order, serve everyone that walks in and your order will be sitting on the counter getting cold. Whoever manages this store does a poor job delegating tasks at this location. It is your job to pace your orders so that you can effectively handle your volume. If you can’t handle your volume you will be throwing money away whether it’s because you’re remaking cold food or you’re refunding losses customers.I will not come back here.
