Placed a simple order and it came out wrong. Person working the drivethru didnt apologize or say anything at all. Handed me my bag and walked away. No greeting, no thank you...nothing

Came in and said good morning to no reply and a blank stare. While taking my order she stopped me to fill another order. I’m the only one in the store with three other employees there. Sat down for a while and then started to wonder about my food. Went up and asked and they said it’s been sitting on another counter where they serve the food. Again, I’m the only person in the store! No acknowledgment that the food was up and where it was.

I just bought a small coffee. However, after all these years in business, you would think they're would make a better cup of coffee ☕️Ben Affleck, Matt Damon, and even the great Tom Brady can't improve that swill.Sorry dunkin donuts!

Terrible service, I asked for an order through Drive Truh and they made it wrong, then when I gave me the correct order I had to ask for the sugar, they didn't give me the stirrer or the napkins and they gave me the poorly shaped coffee glass until they pulled the window drive truh .To make matters worse, they never gave me the purchase receipt. I never knew they charged me.

-The coffee, service, location, and cleanliness was just repulsive. We waited 15 minutes in the drive thru for a caramel latte. The latte had nothing but milk in it. No flavor, no coffee, no froth. Just warm NASTY milk. -They had ONE person working the entire place. The young man was very under trained and did not know how to do his job. This is an issue with the managing staff by not training and scheduling well. If 0/5 was a rating I would give that. But we have 1/5

I came here on 11/02 the girls in the drive thru made my coffee and food perfectly. I usually don’t go to Dunkin as much because sometimes my drink tastes bad but here the girls did amazing best coffeee I had from Dunkin 10/10
LAZY, ARROGANT, AND CONFRONTATIONAL. Your management is gonna hear about the exchange we just had. 20 minute wait with no one in line and then you want to talk trash on my way out? I literally stopped to give you my business because of the brand overall and this disgusting human who worked there wants to start a fight with me because I grabbed my bag quickly out of her hand in retaliation for her horrible service and attitude. Unreal, shut this location down

Awful service, waited over 15 minutes for a mobile order after it had been placed for over 20 minutes before arriving at the store. Definitely an awful place. What's worst than all of this is the attitude of the people behind the counter.
