If you go to this location Jennifer has the worst service. She's a rude smart ass. Customer service is important to me and apparently not to this location. Won't be coming back.

A cup of water costs 50c. Water is normally free in this country. I find this nickel and diming completely unacceptable. I asked for a refund and this proved extremely difficult to get.

They have no sense of urgency. I was waiting in like for more than 30 minutes. They do not multitask they had me waiting 10 minutes to even say I places an online order and when I got to the window I was there for another 15 minutes. A quick trip to Dunkin turned into 55 minutes in total of waiting. The staff is rude and it’s sad because nobody in the store cares.

Usually when I order at Dunkin the order is wrong this was my first time ordering here though. The young girl at the speaker made sure to get my order right and was nice and respectful I would come back here again and it was fast service 👍🏽

Great service as always! I go there mainly for the coffee and once in a while donuts. Service is always accurate and quick, and the staff are always polite even during times when they are slammed with orders.
Just 1 star for food,.. they never have donuts,.. Only at 7am? Please!,..

Helin T was very rude and overall unprofessional. She was very short with me when taking my order in the drive through, was not understanding when i asked a question, and ran away from the window before my order was fixed. all i asked for was some oat milk on the side and she made it into an ordeal. she also said she was in charge. not someone i would recommend to be in a management position…
Not sure who the lady with the long black hair is but shes so rude didnt give me the correct order🥲 rolls her eyes alot as well, i asked for the cookie butter iced latte and she gave me a latte that was the color of milk i kid you not and it had whip cream and caramel drizzle? Then i said this isnt what i asked for she grabs the drink and throws cookie pieces on top like… given her nasty attitude im sure if she went somewhere she would speak up if her order was wrong😭

Savannah was beyond helpful, caring, and knowledgeable. I want to make sure her management team and /or who she works for to see what an asset they have in her being their employee. These days it is sadly so hard to find a phenomenal employee so when I notice an employee I would love to work for me I feel the need to let their managers know that they should feel grateful to be the employer of a caring (for some reason, sadly it's become increasingly hard these days to find help who genuinely cares, so when I see it I know the importance of their kindness), knowledgeable and reliable employee, someone who treats others as they'd want to be treated if they were in their situation, trustworthy.. I trusted her advice on how to get my coffee perfect for my picky taste buds and she was 100% on point it is fantastic; thanks again Savannah!!! To top it off, Miss Alice LOVED her PupCup!! Thanks again for being the best!!!!
