Please teach your employees kindness and respect. It's very rude to ask a question and, when they tell you they don't have what you're looking for, they close the drive-thru window in your face just as you're about to thank them. The girl with the red hair needs to be more polite, and if she doesn't like her job, she should quit.

Crappy service. My wife was ordering via the mobile app as we were driving into the drive thru. They ask on the intercom how may I take your order. I told them my wife is just finishing ordering on the app. They ignored that and just kept on asking. Then when we ask for the drink to have light ice they ignored and gave no confirmation out of spite. No wonder their reviews are so low. It’s a constant issue.

I'll skip this one from now on and go to the next one I pass. Five minutes passed in the drive thru without so much as a word. I told them I had an online order. I eventually got to the window and they told me they were out of Munkin's. I was offered one donut to replace the 10 Munkin's I ordered. One donut. That's ridiculous. I asked for my money back which took 10 minutes. If you are in a rush, don't go to this one.

I ordered a large coffee with 3 creams, when I go to the window the young lady hand me ver a medium coffee, I let her know and she says ok I’ll let them know. She comes back in two seconds and i already knew that they put the same coffee in a large cup which exactly how it tasted. All I have to say that is very disrespectful to a paying customer.

Update to include they continue to give cold sandwiches and when I spoke to the manager they said it is policy to not give hot sandwiches and cold cheese. They also refused to do anything to make it right after giving me the wrong sandwich which I'd realized when driving to an appt and thus had to stop and get another meal which I could eat. Avoid this location. I'll definitely be going elsewhere. Original review: This location consistently serves cold food. On Veterans Day their doors were locked with no sign and no one would answer the door for several of us trying to pick up mobile orders that had been placed. Very badly managed.

Just went through the drive- thru. To receive a lukewarm coffee. It’s just as cold as the reception when I made the order and receive it from the window. The evening staff is just as stale as a day old doughnut.

Worst Dunkin Donuts in Orlando. At 8am they don’t even open the store to force people to use the drive thru !!! People to order online to go had to use the drive thru !!
After placing an order through the app for pick up inside, turns put they closed the store. Employees inside wouldn’t service the customers. No way to receive a refund! Thats not how you treat customers! Let alone the ones who do come inside into your place of business.

The person at the cash did not seem like they wanted to be there. Maybe they were just having a bad day. They misheard what my friend wanted, when she told them what she had requested they did not look happy at all. They gave her the drink she had originally asked for but did not offer any milk cream etc to put in so she ended up drinking without. It wasn’t busy in store no one else was in like behind us. Every table was dirty. I got a drink and breakfast sandwich. It was cold.

I asked for sandwich to be cut in half, she said we cant do that but we can give you a knife. What!? Been having it cut at locations across US for many years! Also...I'm driving! Wont choose this location on maps again.
