The Manager by the name of Jennifer T was beyond rude and very unprofessional. I find it very depressing on how unwelcoming my visit was. My drink was made incorrectly and I simply came it to get it fixed once I came it Mrs. T was staring me down which was indeed made me feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome never gave them a hard time since we are only human and we all make mistakes she did indeed keep saying things in Spanish under her breath saying "okay leave just leave" since I am fluent in Spanish. I just do want to praise the worker that did indeed help me and gave amazing customer service by the name of Savannah most helpful young lady I've ever met!

I really don’t understand why it takes a good 15 minutes or more to get an order ? I see people getting upset every morning when I come get my coffee. Manager needs to look at this issue and do something about it. Hire more employees. Do what it takes to fix this . They’re Slow and not friendly at all .

Dunky Donuts became my favorite breakfast spot after I gave up on McDonalds. Their service is always so fast it impresses me. The perfect place to stop after a night shift, or before a morning shift. I think I'll swear by Dunky from now

Terribleeee customer service. Food was burnt and made incorrectly and when asked to fix it, one employee, rudely, said that’s how it comes. When asking for a refund the assistant manager, Thais or Jennifer, was passive aggressive with no regard to customer satisfaction. She completely refused to give her name or the employees name and said nothing will be done to her when asking about escalating the complaint (which is why I’m unsure which is her name). We pulled, what we think is, her name off of our receipt that we had to ask for. Overall, poor location to visit, food is not up to standards, and customer service needs lots of improvement. Dunkin, do better.

I’ve been going to this location for roughly two months now. I’ve never had a bad beverage and never waited longer than 5 min in the drive thru. Consistency is KEY! I appreciate having the same taste of my beverage. And the donuts always taste fresh and I’ve never not been able to have maple frosted! Thank you for the amazing customer service, keep it up!

I am a long time fan of Dunkin', in fact, I support the business 4-7 times a month at various locations. However, I frequent this location often and every other month I get 5 dozen doughnuts for a regular meeting. First problem I had is when I arrived at 6:45 to pick up my order the doors were locked. I knocked several times, looked at the times of operations and saw 5am and nothing that denoted a difference between inside or drive thru. As I went to walk around to drive through the employee started to come towards front and make her way to the front door.I was expecting her to greet me and even offer an apology. Nope, she looked at me l, unlocked the door, turned around and headed back to the counter. I want to say she was the manager as she was wearing a pink shirt and a Hispanic woman. As I approached the counter I'm thinking maybe she'll greet me, nope. I received a very unprofessional how can I help you. I pulled out my receipt and stated I'm here to pick up 5 dozen of doughnuts. As she is retrieving them I asked her about the free cup of tea for National Tea day with a purchase for today. She said u paid for these yesterday and I said yes ma'am, if I had known about this today I would've waited til this morning. She responds you paid for it yesterday. And walks off. I'm not one to complain, she has right to deny or approve, but you shouldn't be nasty about it. What is 1 free medium cup of tea compared $60.00 worth of doughnuts? What happened to simple customer appreciation for you supporting their business? There are other locations on my way to my job who would love the business. In a world we live in today Customer Service should still be held in high regard as many businesses are closing, AI are replacing employees and customers are spending less. Again she had the right to say no, but you don't have a right to be unprofessional and rude when you didn't do your job correctly as it relates to being open for the customer!!!
