This is the worst Dunkin I have ever been to the workers don’t know how to make drink or how to pack donuts they gave us all the wrong donuts twice in a row and we showed them the exact donuts and they don’t know how to make a drink , the first it was so bad the second time we told them to make it again and they they just chucked half of it out and filled it they can hardly be nice and just scream at each other

When considering a Dunkin please do not choose this location. Our family is going through immense stress due to the loss of a love one and decided to stop to get breakfast before the funeral. We waited for our mobile pick up and the lady in blue this morning called our name once and we looked at her and walked up and in doing so she looked at us and walked away. Awhile later she asked what we were there waiting for and we said the name and said she had called it multiple times. Which in fact wasn’t true, giving us attitude and setting a terrible tone. I’ve worked in customer service and understand it can be stressful but the way she was treating us was completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I’ve never experienced someone with such unprofessionalism and lack of care for their customers. The attitude and way she went about talking to us was not okay.

This dunkin runs on poor customer service and a dirty lobby.
I traveled to Orlando and stopped by at this location. I have had at Dunkin million times and the employee at the counter is with all attitude when I questioned about the cost. I was confident but her reply was very rude and cost went down by 50%. Her colleague came to help out with the order and I was told she joined new. I def respect that but attitude and way of talking doesn't have to be like that for a new joinee or an experienced person. Order was ready and kept in the mobile order shelf and she left without saying anything. Again, her colleague called us. Attitude is unacceptable in any office /business if customer is not at fault. . In spite of all these, my family decided to still thank her for making it and she walked away. Hope she gets some training on customer handling as well eventually. The previous customer was annoyed too ,so hope the store owner handles this well. Good luck . Probably a first low rating review.
