It was okay at first they seemed to take our dairy allergy seriously......until we got our food. When they were about to hand us our order the person giving us our order played it on the counter and all the food fell on the ground, which is fine accidents happen I understand that. The remake came and our food was not correct, they put cheese on all of our orders and we cant have cheese due to the dairy allergy so we had to wait even longer for our food to get remade.

I visit this store almost every day for a brown sugar shaken expresso . I know how it taste ! I made a complaint to the manager and she said that was shaken that she made it her self with a actitude. If she made it was not properly done .Not coming to this location anymore. Don't even care for their regulars.
Lazy employees. I DoorDashed 25 assorted munchkins & they give me 2 flavors that nobody eats. No straw for my coffee, pitiful. Do better

They are selling caramel swirl even though they know it has metals inside but since nobody has noticed they told their employees to not say anything about it. Manager gets horrible reviews and it’s sad they care about the store being faster but with horrible customer service and making sure their customers would want to come back to them. Shoutout to April she is amazing and when she is running the store alone you will never see any customers leaving unhappy she goes above and beyond for her customers unlike the manager of this store.
