Multiple times in one week i’ve been back to get the same order and not once have they made it right. They do not listen to you as you’re ordering and oftentimes get your order wrong or have to ask many more times. Waste of time, don’t waste your money. Customer services is awful as they are insanely rude.

Had my first Dunkin here as a Canadian!When I told the lovely lady working (I didn’t catch her name badge) she said “I’m making that for you!” And dedicated herself to ensuring it was a great first coffee.This will be one of many during my stay here. Fantastic iced Carmel macchiato and such wonderful staff. The store was clean and everyone was working so hard.

I have been waiting more than 20 minutes to order 3 dozen of donuts. When I communicate to the cashier if they can start taking care of people at the line the crew becomes very aggressive and using inappropriate language. I do not recommend this dunking donuts, lack of costumer service, they treat costumers very rude.
If I could leave less than one star I would. We were the first people in line and after standing there for at least five minutes with no one behind the counter even acknowledging us there was a line going to the back of the restaurant.The two people behind the counter seemed only focused on filling kiosk orders. We even heard one say to the other something to the effect that she could see it in the other one's face (implying that she was done). That was the only time we heard either one of them talk. There was no sense of urgency, no sense of helpfulness, just a slow shuffling from task to task.All we wanted was to pay for two drinks and four donuts. We walked out. The bar for how busy they were showed as low as it could be without them being closed, now I know it's because they aren't going to help you anyway, they may as well be closed

Got kicked out of the store without any warning that the store was closing. Some lady who doesn’t even work there kicked me out while the workers just watched and said nothing. Wont ever return there.
