This is the second week in a row where they did not have food items. Today, they took my order, but then when we got to the window, they told me that they did not have the items that we were asking for. They tried to swap an apple juice with an orange juice and they revealed to me that they did not have my coffee flavor that I ordered. I believe I overheard one of the staff members also say that they did not have two of the donuts that I had just ordered, so upon that, I asked them to cancel my order. I read the previous comments about the service taking a dive. That is truly unfortunate. It's a nice area and we do a lot of business every Saturday in that area. We ended up driving 2 miles away to another Dunkin Donuts in Winter park that was on point. I hope they get it fixed fast.

Nasty, the guy grabbed the donuts with his hands to put inside the bag. So disgusting.

I placed an order on the app.
1 cereal n milk latte, cold brew with cereal milk and 25 assorted munchkins.
We arrive at the drive thru for the lady to tell us that the cereal milk was discontinued.
We get our modified drinks and she says “bye”.
I was like “ahh. We also ordered munchkins.”
She replies “oh. We are out of those”
So this location was going to ignore the fact that I bought munchkins and since they were out, they would keep my money and give me nothing. They said I have to dispute it in the app.
I won’t go there again. She gives me a receipt with the full charge but I didn’t get all my items.

I don’t think any time I have ever ordered hash browns (and using my points..) I’ve ever gotten them. Check your bag before driving away
This place used to be great when I first moved here a year ago. Idk who works on Saturday and Sundays usually, but, every time I’ve gone in the last 5 months it has been a terrible experience. They are always out of something, (when there is never a long line, if any at all) the employees switch between order taking mid order so you don’t know who is actually taking your order & it becomes confusing, and the gentleman seems incompetent at being able to take an order. He never reads the order back correctly. Not sure if management needs to teach these employees better or what but this location used to be great. Hope it turns around soon.

Somehow the ovens are never working, but despite the reduced workload the customer service is consistently abysmal. Just close the location.

I don't advise going here, especially on a Saturday or whatever day this (man?) is working. The most unprofessional and insanitary transaction I've ever experienced. To start this (man?) was outside the store on his phone talking loud swearing, as I'm with my child so we get in the store (he?) then walks around and with the nastiest attitude ask what we wanted with an eye roll as though we were an inconvenience, the whole time (he's?) still on the phone swearing then I almost threw up as (he?) threw the paper half way on the donuts, touching every single one of them with his bare hands after (he?) was all outside touching door handles and everything else then comes and grabs my food and even though my son really wanted a donut. I Threw them all in the trash. Y'all really have to do better this (man?) looked like he just stepped out of a card board box and came into work, this is unacceptable.

A local who comes here almost every morning trying to be optimistic and hopeful my order will turn out, always a fail. There is specifically one employee that if I know I order from/said employee is working the order is always wrong, missing items or I have to repeat and reorder the items. Ownership or management needs to take hold before this location completely sinks. The quality of the food and drinks have became sloppy and poor of taste or over cooked.

Im a every day customer in this Dunkin donuts. Today September 27, 2025. Are very slow people and they don't provide a good service. I miss the People during the week. There it's just 2 ppl in there. The guy was a young guy unrespectful. He was outside with flip flops. And went he come inside he don't change his gloves. Today it's horrible day. I don't want to say to fired him but he don't do anything in there. He's just the guys to seating down play Xbox or PlayStation. I'm sorry but I'm really mad. And my coffee it's almost half of the drink. 😡

I’m just worried that there aren’t enough workers here to cover the entire store! Most times I’ve been here there’s only one person… doing the entire store. Please make sure the workers are well taken care of they deserve it!

I dont usually post i just give stars, but i had to.The date was 9/6/2025. We spent 5 minutes in drive thru before anyone even acknowledged us not even a hello. Its been like that here many times very un personable through drive thru. My drink tasted was a iced dunkin latte and it tasted like it wasn't mixed or made properly it tasted like pure expresso wich I've been to dunkin atleast 12 times a month as my rewards show and order the iced dunkin latte everytime. And this one never makes it right.its by far the worse establishment I've been to in the company.
