the people who work there are really rude and shout at everybody. me and my friend were standing there for at LEAST ten minutes and then the guy yelled at me a bunch so i didn’t even get my drink. i wasn’t rude i was asking a question and he acted like i was stupid. anyway. don’t go here

So stopped in for a breakfast sandwich and hash browns. Total crap. Hash browns doggy and greasy the sandwich was cold. Supposed to be honey bacon, two slices of bacon ripped in half not crisp at all. Had to throw it all away. Nice waste of fifteen bucks. Never going back. Thanks for nothing. Lazy skin ppl. And I got a comment from the thing at the window, that she was sleepy. Hope this place goes out of business.

It’s New Year’s Eve and it’s noon The entire team there is extremely rude for no reason and disrespectful. They should all be fired and retrained. The level of disrespect is just unnecessary. All I ask was for everything bagel with cream cheese, and she gave me attitude every time I head in there they always have some type of anger issues when just asking for the simplest things Please shut down the Dunkin’ Donuts and retrain the whole team. I hope they all get retrained. This is terrible and I hope nobody has to witness this level of aggression.

Worst customer service as employees stands around and does nothing even after recognizing that there a customer standing waiting to order. This happens multiple times lately.
Service was fast and friendly, and my Sister loves the coffee ☕️ ?.

I did a mobile order for pickup inside. I ordered bacon cheddar omelet bites, they gave me bagel bites. I ordered avo toast with bacon, they didn’t put any bacon. I paid an extra $4 for things I didn’t even receive. I couldn’t turn around once I realized, tried to call to see if I could get a refund and no one answered the phone multiple times. If they are out of something they should tell you when you go to pick up so you can decide what you want and get a proper refund for your money. This is the second time I’ve experienced this.

Came through the drive thru and asked for a coffee instead of politely correcting me the male was rude and the female that came over the microphone was extremely rude and said you’re getting this coffee. Her tone was very unnecessary. Next time my son has an appt in the area I will make sure not to go to this Dunkin and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone unless you like rude people.
