This is the worst Dunkin’ I’ve ever been to and from reading reviews it’s consistently giving people our same experience. We ordered walk in through the app, when we arrived an employee was handing food to a customer from the front door. This wasn’t odd because with covid 19 restrictions we had seen this process before. This Dunkin is very slow. There service also sucks! There employees sound horrible like they dont want to be at work when I come thru the drive thru. The morning rush is never a rush and I have put up wit it for months but not anymore. This morning I said I will use the app and walk in because drive thru takes forever and to my disappointment, I had to wait in drive thru for my coffee because they weren't letting people come in.
