This was one of the most unpleasant customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The staff was extremely rude and dismissive, making it a very nasty and uncomfortable Instead of being greeted with friendliness or even basic courtesy, I was met with the most unprofessional and unpleasant attitude. Definitely not the kind of service anyone should have to deal with first thing in the morning.

Probably the worst Dunkin I've ever been to. We went 2 times, each time our orders were wrong, staff was unorganized, they ran out of everything, and orders took way too long.

We are on vacation at a resort and figured we would relax the morning away and get Dunkin delivered.
Our order was incorrect. We ordered 1/2 a dozen donuts, 2 glaze, 2 chocolate glaze, 2 strawberry frosted. We had Grubhub deliver the order and when it got here we had 3 glazed and 3 chocolate glazed. No strawberry.
Additionally my husband didn’t get bacon on his bacon egg and cheese.
I recommend to read all reviews before ordering at this Dunkin, there is another one not too far from us I didn’t realize. I will listen to my own advice and look at reviews next time.
It wouldn’t be so bad if this order wasn’t $50, and incorrect!

Went by to grab some donuts for the family. Was here around 9 am so still somewhat early and the selection was slim. The person on the speaker in the drive through was rude. Will most likely not visit this location again as there is a better one 7 mins away.
This dunking is disgusting from the restrooms to the entire store , looks like no ome cleans here , the tables are all dirty with crumbs of food everywhere the floors are dirty, windows are plain disgusting , bathroom seats are falling off and have poop on them . Save your money and go elsewhere because this place should be closed and remodeled and to top it off workers dont know how to make coffee

As a loyal Dunkin’ customer and a huge coffee enthusiast, I have to say this was, by far, the worst coffee I’ve ever had in my entire life. The taste was completely off, and it made for the worst experience I’ve ever had at Dunkin’. I’ve never been so disappointed in a cup of coffee before. This was a shocking letdown from the usual quality I expect.

As I am typing this I have been sitting in this drive thru line for over 20min with one car in front of me !!!! What type of service is this from a Dunkin’ Donuts at that?!!
