As a loyal Dunkin’ customer and a huge coffee enthusiast, I have to say this was, by far, the worst coffee I’ve ever had in my entire life. The taste was completely off, and it made for the worst experience I’ve ever had at Dunkin’. I’ve never been so disappointed in a cup of coffee before. This was a shocking letdown from the usual quality I expect.

As I am typing this I have been sitting in this drive thru line for over 20min with one car in front of me !!!! What type of service is this from a Dunkin’ Donuts at that?!! By far the worst location I’ve ever been to in my life. There’s no way it should take almost 30 mins to clear one cars order smh

Located on International Drive Orlando for a year, they hire women who look older, American, with the worst service in all of Orlando. They turn their backs, they are not attentive if you are at the checkout to place an order, I was always about making a review but I gave them time, until today this continues the same or worse and they say that they hire people who do not respond. My family and I is on vacation but our experience here was horrible. We did a drive thru and the lady was so rude and condescending that I really think that the company needs to do some education or training on customer relations or service. The manager Chris was also the same..I know that you have to support your staff but this was unacceptable on the way we got treated...we will never come here again!!

Today I went to Dunkin to place an order for 4 dozen donuts. I tried to order on the app ahead of time, but the app seemed to have technical problems. When I entered, I opted to place my order on the kiosk near the register, so as to not hold up people coming in after me, and I thought this would be more convenient for the staff. Apparently not. Immediately after placing my order I could hear the staff complaining to each other about the order size and a staff member then rudely told me to ask next time before placing an order that big. Ask permission to order donuts in a donut store? Saying “due to your large order size, just order at the register next time so we can verify we have enough” would suffice. Next time, wait until your customers are out of earshot to start complaining about them ? Just go to the Dunkin on Palm Parkway, they appreciate business there.

Joceyln is an absolute credit to your store. I visited today with my son and she made him feel so special, giving him a complimentary donut which he loved. She gave great service and made sure we were looked after, this is an exceptional store. I had a breakfast item too which was delicious. Thank you!
