Not too friendly and I felt rushed in order. Thrown my utensils on the table. Prices didn't match the quality of food received.It wasn't clean and the bathroom was dirty. Wasn't a good experience.

I always go on Friday afternoons to get donuts for my children when they get home from school and there have been no donuts for 3 weeks now, and the person who helped me today on the intercom was not very friendly... in short, it is a Dunkin Donuts that does not sell donuts.šš¼

Line extremely slow 11/13/2024 in the morning. Almost 20 min to get coffee in the drive thru
Also, on a differenrlt day I got a loaded hashbrown and the container was upsode down (all the cheese on the lid) and no forks.

that rude ass female worker with the piercings and tattoos needs to pipe down immediately, i understand if your having a bad day but ur literally at work talking bout some āi donāt play like thatā like me and my dad are just trying to order donuts.

Getting better
I normally donāt do negative reviews but I received terrible and rude customer service through the drive thru. I got to the window and the person said welcome to Dunkinā but did not ask what I wanted so I figured Iād wait until they asked and then they said do you need a minute and I responded by saying no. Then they said well hurry up and order then and I believe the lady thought she was on mute. I then got to the window and the man did not greet me or say anything and as Iām waiting for him to say something he said āWeāre just waiting on you manā which made the situation even more awkward. I then told him that the drive thru microphone mute button must not be working because I could hear everything that was being said he replied with āThatās alrightā I then got my food and left. Iām a huge Dunkinā fan and have been getting my coffee from there for years but this was terrible service. Iām writing this review in hope that they will stop treating customers this way. For now I wonāt return to this location.

This is one of the closest dunkin to me, I go there to get something quick before I start my day and Iāve been slapped with this unnecessary energy and attitude from staff and most likely the manager too, my food is cold after I clearly state that I need everything fresh. Is sad because I am a loyal customer and now I rather drive 20miles than to go there. Restaff or close this place down.

Too cold in the building colder than a hospital in fact, it could literally make anybody sick. You would have to be able to wear full winter clothing. Itās about 50 or 50° in there then they tell me that many customers complain and I asked would you ever do anything about it and they said no, really really also, when we did arrive, they saw us looked at us. Nobody else in the building and then knowledge themselves. They kept taking orders over the car department. They could at least knowledge customers, but my biggest complaint is how cold it is inside that building. Itās absolutely ridiculous and I am beginning to think they do that so that no customers will be in the building. !
