I stopped in on. Wednesday afternoon and the staff couldn’t have been nicer. They brewed fresh hot coffee for me and were very patient. One of the better Dunkin’s in the area.

They don’t deserve any stars! They serve cold food and run out of condiments and want to charge you for the condiments they do have! Bad service and bad attitudes! Corporate is just as SORRY and pitiful when it comes to customer service. The manager’s name is “Christ”. Please!! No longer will I patronize Dunkin!

Very poor customer service. They don’t listen carefully when you order drive through. I pulled up at the pickup counter and ordered again. They offered me a free donut but I said can you offer me something vegan instead, they said no. They did not even have oat milk. Don’t come here.

Decided to drop in on Christmas Day to start the morning off with some fresh donuts and hot coffee. Firstly, they gave me the wrong box of donuts. After sitting in my car for 3-4 minutes, they asked for the box back, as they gave me the wrong one. When they handed me my $6 “signature latte,” the gave me a small, instead of the large I ordered. It only took them a minute to correct it, however, after arriving home, the look warm coffee needed reheating. When I removed the lid, it was obvious to me that they simply poured the small latte into a large cup, because it was barely half full. I’ve came to expect a third empty cup from Starbucks, but half empty from Dunkin?? Apparently the Grinch was serving coffee this morning. Very disappointed.

Asked for my avacado toaste to be well toasted, they toasted the bread and spread after 3 times of giving me soft bread. It's a simple ask that they mess up every time. Last time I stop at this location,y usual store gets the simple concept of avacado toast...

We tried to go in at 6:30 pm and the doors were locked already. The signage on said door claimed they closed the lobby at 8 pm. We can see inside and there's a girl in a dunkin shirt doing homework at the front table and she glares at us when we tried the door. There was also a girl at the counter with an atrocious hairstyle (like the worst hair youve ever seen with no hairnet) and she just stares at us standing there. Complete idiocy on all fronts and both of these girls should be fired. This was on November 24th 2025 if that helps the manager.

Food is always good! Service has been awfully slow the last several months! I don’t know if it’s not enough staff or what but no matter if I come in the AM or PM, it is SLOW.

I cannot comprehend why the owner of this store or manager have raised the prices so much. Wake up wraps used to be $1.29 the cheapest one about a year ago and now they are $3.59. for such a small amount of food this prices are insane

We used the drive thru, what we ordered wasn't ready so we had to drive to the front and wait. The customer service was trash. They didn't take notice of the type of car we were in so they rambled around looking for us and then only brought 1/2 the order and had to go back for the rest. Little communication, terrible repor between the staff members that customers should not hear. The food was just ok.

Did mobile order enter the store No body acknowledge my presence. Nobody in the line nobody in drive-through they fix my order put it to the side store manager comes in did not acknowledge me. I had to ask for my order and they forgot my doughnut. They just gave me my coffee. I could understand if it was a busy time, but nobody was there.
