Really disappointed in my experience at Dunkin this morning. I ordered a coffee ahead of time and when I arrived, no one acknowledged me. So I got in line and the guy behind the counter said, “Yeah, it just came through.” I proceeded to wait an additional 10 mins and watched 2 people order and get their order before me. I eventually asked someone else for help and she breaks the news that they didn’t have one of the ingredients to make the drink. All along I am struggling with my special needs son in the lobby waiting for a coffee that was obviously never coming.

I ordered a decaf coffee but the staff filled my cup with regular coffee rite in front of me,because the decaf machine was out of coffee.caffeine isn’t just a preference, it can be a health concern for some of us.the young boy just threw away the coffee and started the decaf machine after I told him I ordered decaf

I'm not much of a Dunkin fan but went in for their pumpkin spice latte and it tasted amazingly good. The cashier and barista was nice and attentive and this Dunkin has an organized and clean ambience.

Don’t know why this Dunkin has such low reviews. I’m a big donut guy and after trying so many different Dunkin’s this one takes the cake. Donuts are great, coffee is great, overall the best Dunkin within a 20 mile radius

Staff’s customer service is great! Got a coffee 15 minutes before they closed and it was just what i needed. I appreciate the attention they took with my order. Especially after a crazy work day. The best!

The two associates closing at this location on Thursday, August 14th showcased exceptional customer service. Super friendly, efficient, and by far the best iced cappuccino I have received from any Dunkin, and I even came 15 minutes before close. This is by far my boyfriend and I’s favorite Dunkin location in the area, very friendly staff and great quality food/drinks. Thank you!
Staff is always very friendly, but a specific someone may need retraining. Every time I order and this one particular person is there, something is wrong. Usually the issue is just they make the latte with about 90% milk, so it looks and tastes like milk with a touch of coffee, of any. Today my croissant was made as a bagel, no warning about being out of bagels was voiced. Latte was 50/50. Any other time I come here though, it's fantastic, with the exception of the problem I have at every dunkin, which is them not understanding the difference between a chocolate frosted donut and a glazed chocolate donut. That specific issue I have encountered at every dunkin across the country I have visited

I just sat in line and waited 20 minutes before I wasn’t even acknowledged what made matters worse was I was on my lunch break which I was late going back to my lunch break because I had to go eat somewhere else. No consideration for nobody else’s time when I came it was at noon so it wasn’t like the breakfast rush was going on. Totally unacceptable.
