I stopped by this Dunkin’ hoping for a quick pick-me-up, but was pretty let down. I asked if my coffee could be made a bit stronger—nothing fancy, just an extra shot or tweak. Instead of being helpful, the employee flatly refused unless I paid for an entirely new drink. No flexibility, no effort to offer a reasonable solution. The whole interaction felt unwelcoming. I don’t expect miracles, but a bit of courtesy and a willingness to accommodate small requests goes a long way. Coffee shops are about experience as much as the drink, and unfortunately, this visit missed the mark on both.

Every time I have to come to this location do to work proximity the female employees that I encounter are so darn, rude nasty attitude. Does not matter what time of the day they just wake up unhappy? I guess makes you feel like you should be apologizing for disturbing them and coming up to the drive through the window.

Upon my last daily 5:45 am mobile app order of 6/12 my order did not go through and the speaker volume was so low I could not hear, so parked hoping to pickup my coffee and give the team a $10 tip for the constant morning service. When I came through the door a women told me in a very standoffish voice my order did not go through. I left and will never return to this location

There’s a new morning shift worker if I can remember correctly her name Asia and she is awesome! I’ve been coming to this location for a while and the workers are very rude and rushing when dealing with customers, she’s truly a breathe of fresh air and she makes the BEST drinks, completely different from everyone else for some reason

Came to this Dunkin around 4:20 today to get a coffee before work(big mistake). Me and 3 other cars were waiting in the drive through for over 5 minutes before the first car order was taken. Another 10 minutes and the car in front of me order still didn't get taken. The car behind me left and I followed not to long after. This Dunkin has been horrible the last few months. Either my food is overcooked or coffee made wrong.

My sandwich, after it looked like they played frisbee with it, they also took all the little pieces of meat that were left to complete it. How good that it was still early. Poor guy who came later to get turkey, they didn't have any more 🤣😂🤣😂. Not to mention that I complained about the shot of espresso ($1.79) that I paid extra for. One of two things was that they tried to trick me or they make the coffee much more watered down to make it last 🤔🤔🤔🤔

I ordered a seasonal cookie butter iced latte, and it was super delicious. It was on the sweeter side! Great service too; they are patient and kind. Overall, great! Also pretty cheap.
Left there and made it to work upset. I asked for mixed donuts of a 10ct I ate 2 but no chocolate or other flavors this sucks I do not like pumpkin flavor to have had 6 of them smh hint
