I came today at 2:30 I did my order and when I come to the window I asked the employee for my coffee and to give me my munchkins from my rewards on the app and it was only 3 pieces and she refused to give me and already my coffee wasn’t ready she talk to me in a very impolite way and she close the window very hard in my face and when I ask her again I want my rewards she gave it to me in very disrespectful way this is not acceptable at all please choose polite employee to work not disrespectful ones

Its your typical dunkin same food and drinks like all others. However its the first fast food drive thru location I've been asked to leave a tip before paying. The whole tip at a drive thru fast food window killed it for me.

You used to take my card at the window. Now these past few times you’ve been holding out the card reader and wanting a tip. No one wants to tip you through drive-through. This change may motivate me to drive to the other Dunkin.

We needed to change our drink order.We went up.We got an attitude about changing it.And then the drink was complete.Trash watered down gross.I'm disappointed with how much money they spent there to get coffee water.Do better at duncan

This Dunkin is finally back on track. For a brief time it seemed that this location was going into the dumps, but this Dunkin is back on my radar. I went in and was serviced by a new staff member Josiah, and his energy, dedication and customer service was impressive. Thank you Dunkin! I prefer not to go across the street to more expensive options. <3

Please bring back Maria. The new staff is not properly trained on basic coffee also they did not cap properly and spilled hot coffee on my fiancée. Their customer service is also little to be desired.
This Dunkin store exemplifies what a coffee shop should strive to be. The store is always very clean and you are greeted by a friendly staff member when you approach the counter. Today was no exception when I was lucky enough to have “GABRIEL “ wait on me. He was both very friendly and very professional! He also took the time to help me navigate through the App to get the free coffee that I had enough points to get. Thank you GABRIEL! He is, in my opinion, a great asset to the business. The coffee here is ALWAYS fresh and great tasting. That’s why I enjoy this particular Dunkin store even though I live 25 minutes away! All of the above is obviously due to great management!

I literally set in line for almost 25 minutes because I'm stuck in the line and on top of that what's even worse is that it's a Saturday when they know at 10:00 a.m. it's busy and they can't even take an order because they're that slow
