Young man at the drive through took my order wrong, didn't tell me they didn't have the flavor I asked for and still charged me for it. Both my drinks had a lot of powder still visible and not mixed in. Overall very rude never going to this location again.

I have been coming to this dunkin for well over 6 years and very early at that, usually there’s a guy there who’s so kind and sweet just giving your normal expected customer service. On the other the past few months there has been a blonde girl working the drive thru and while I am not trying to bash her as maybe she’s just awkward or shy but has been really making me not want to even go to this location anymore and just hit the one in university. I’m awkward myself so imagine when I get up to the window and have to constantly be the one to say good morning and hello and proceed to ask for my total because I kid you not the last 7 times i’ve been there that’s what happens, and it’s just like hello ?? Why am I helping myself you’re just passing the drink considering i’m on my way to my own customer service job where I serve customers too it’s just kind of like disrespectful/lazy and i’m young myself but i’ve really held off on writing this because at thought they had switched her out but she is still there absolutely mute every single day. No greeting, never tells you your total, no goodbye have a nice day nothing literally she opens the door and stares at you until the customer makes some type of interaction or hands her the money. I do apologize for the lengthy review but i’ve most definitely held this off for long enough and thus morning just truly made me laugh at the complete muteness from this girl.

The best Dunkin in the area. I go at least once a week, sometimes out of my way if I have to. The staff is amazing, the food is always good, coffee always the perfect color (you know what I mean). You know it’s good when someone makes a 5 star review on a fast food restaurant. -from a Masshole where we actually run to & on Dunkin

Coffee tasted rotten. I asked for it to be replaced and I saw Breanna pour the cup of rotten coffee into a new cup to give to me. Shameful ! This means you can’t trust what they put in the beverages !

I have been going to this location for about four or five years getting the exact same drink a large dragon fruit refresher with no ice and a cup of ice on the side probably have gotten 600 or more drinks and today they tell me that I’m not allowed to get The drink with no ice and I have to pay for a large drink and a small drink for $9.82 if I wanted no ice . Like I said, I have probably bought 6 to 800 drinks over for five years. I just feel like this is Highway robbery for $10 just because I don’t get ice. Obviously, I’ll find someone else to go. It just kind of hurtful that a business would do this to you after all the time that you’ve been there. just an FYI, the staff usually there is a very nice very friendly

I always bring donuts 🍩 to my open houses kids and family loved it. The attention is always great and most important quick and the donuts are always fresh. Please keep in mind sometimes they do not sell more than 2 dozen to the same person.

Great coffee but that's a no brainer, prefer them over Starbucks any day. They never have given me bad sandwich, drink or donut. Can't go wrong, as long as they are fresh
Says open at 4:00. Showed up at 4:10 before work, waited in drive thru, called, no one. Just sucks due to right next to work. I would have stopped at one close to my house on the way in to work

Went to get a caramel craze this morning and the lady at the drive thru tells me there’s no whip cream nor cold foam for my drink so as I’m leaving the drive thru I see two people physically leaving the store with new drinks with whipped cream added. For sure seemed like the girl didn’t know how or want to make my signature latte.
