I'm so happy to have found this Dunkin Doughnuts store, worth driving from Wedgefield. Whether the order is big or small, it is always correct and ready when I get to the window to pay. Service is always met with very kind people. Even if there is a line, it moves quickly - 5 out of 5 for me : )

Terrible service. I walked up before their listed closing time of 9pm to buy a water which should be the easiest thing to sell. The lady greets me at the door with a “we’re closed”. Thanks very much!

Every single time I come here to get my drink it’s gets made wrong. I never really get anything outrages just an iced Americano with a blueberry shot. It’s surprising how they always find a new way to mess up my drink. Also the Dunkin is so outdated, the new ones have the screen where you can see what you are currently ordering. This is a deal breaker because you can’t actually see what they are putting in the POS system. Which it’s easier for them to mess up your drink

The workers were rude! My father was sitting there waiting to be helped and a girl swept in front of him not even taking his order for like 10min! The only good worker there was this one guy with curly dark hair! All others just felt like they hated working there! Workers were silent, can not even hear if are order were ready to be taken from 2 girls one at the ovens and the other that was tall with glasses on 11/14/24 10:35

SO we are visiting from Oklahoma. Stopped to get coffee as we love their coffee and donuts. The food was good. The place was clean. However, my husband's wallet fell out of his pocket when he was getting up, we noticed less than 30 mins. We called immediately, told them the situation. Left a call back number and drove back and got there at 943am. The wallet was on the floor where we were seating at 853am. Nearly a hour. When I called, they said they will look, no one turned it in and they will call back. I spoke with the manager after finding the wallet, upset because someone could have taken it. No way home then, we were worried. She just rolled her eyes at me saying well someone was about to go out there. They were busy. It would have taken all of 1 minute to look, call the customer back. When I told her I can call corporate, she all but scoffed at me. Now I have been in customer service, I understand busy, but this attitude was uncalled for.

The donuts suck. Not fluffy or spongy soft. The icing is so watered downed that it's almost transparent. The sprinkles I think are hand counted because they are hardly any on it. I rather travel to Krispy Kreme, not only am I guaranteed a free donut before ordering, but they are fresh, generously topped with frosting and other decorative edibles but the people are welcoming. Dunkin became all about only money and not anymore about product quality.

very uptight and lacks that extra kindness to help ppl out. Definitely the “if you mess with me I will beat you up” type of ppl. The food literally tastes like it’s stale. I remember one time where I ordered hash browns; let me tell you, those things were SO STALE, Cold, very unimpressive. I recommend the location on aloma, left side of dean it’s on the other side of where texas road house and publix is. That one, at least ppl are more courteous and less cold food.

Really Dunkin?, you sugar your jelly donuts on just one side now? Is it really that expensive that you cant put it on both sides? And hardly any glaze on the glazed donut? Come on guys, 7-eleven should not have better donuts than you guys!

It's too hot outside, I'm a costumer and I asked for a cup of water and they wanted me to pay for a cup of water!!! I was just picking up an order and it's just crazy how I have to pay for a cup of water!

I go to this specific dunkin over other in my area because they are ALWAYS on point. The service is always quick and ACCURATE. ?????????? would drive past other Dunkin’s to go to this one specifically.
Some how the girl mistook me asking for cream in my drink, for using cream as the ENTIRE drink. Like seriously she thought I meant all half and half no coffee. Threw it out of the window
