DO NOT come here. More times than theyâre rude and they do not open on time. I placed a mobile order at 5 am when theyâre supposed to be open and drive by at quarter after, there was no workers there, lights were off and a bunch of homeless people in the lot. Horrible service. Avoid at all costs.

They make you use the kiosk to order, they don't give you a receipt, and the staff could be less rude. Their only saving grace is most of the time your coffee's not completely wrong. Their kiosk though never gets your order right. You think you add a flavor or sugar and nope tells them you said nothing. We are never coming back to this one.

Ian and his crew were very helpful with our order. Their service was excellent despite that it was busy. The store was clean. Our order came out super fast. Excellent job to the staff.
The absolute worst Dunkin Donuts you could ever go to. This is my second attempt in giving this location a chance. The first time I waited over 20 mins in the drive thru for a plain bagel. Today I waited in the drive thru and was told they were out of munchkins. How are they still in business?

Great service, great donuts and coffee however their chicken and roasted pepper wrap is complete trash. It's like dog food wrapped in a tortilla. Looks like mush and I couldn't even stomach it. Nothing like the photo at all or as advertised. Disappointed!

Worst dunkins i been in my life im a truck driver came in for some coffee and some breakfast when is time to oder i get ignored like im asking for a handout im a paying customer all you can hear is females having Spanish conversations that dont want to be interrupted THANK YOU FOR A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE I GO SOMEWHERE

Apparently ordering, "a sweet tea with a splash of lemonade," means half and half, so if they can't get something as basic as that right, they don't deserve more than a single star.

Prior to making my order I asked if they had coffee milk for the dunkalatte since so many stores have been selling out. The person said yes they had it and sounded very unhappy to be taking orders. She apparently didnât bother to check because they waited until after I paid for the drink to tell me they donât have coffee milk. They then proceeded to inform me they canât refund my order because there wasnât a manager present. A large dunkalatte is $7 so I asked for two medium iced coffees which would equate to $7. They gave me the most disgusting iced coffees. This is was completely unavoidable if the person taking orders did due diligence. Really unacceptable experience wonât be coming back here

When inside waited 20 minutes to oder, no help was told that I have to use the kiosk. Had trouble with the kiosk last time. That's why I did not want to use it this time, but I was forced to use it. When I got my coffee, it was made wrong đ© and the employee got mad at me that she made it wrong. Will not be back.
