No clue who is working the drive thru on 12/3/25 at 11:20am but her attitude was HORRENDOUS. I was the ONLY customer, she had an attitude with me for absolutely no reason, I only asked for the meal deal with iced coffee and she was rushing me; and literally started YELLING at me! I am never one to complain or leave a bad review but I never had been yelled at trying to place an order before! I pulled off worried she was going to spit in my food or something. Girl needs to be fired or given some form of mental health assistance because that was insane.

I just went and whoever was working on 11/30 at 11:25 is actually some of the rudest and dumbest employees I have ever met. Laughing on the mic while taking orders and didnt even know what they did and didnt have. I dont know what they are smoking but they are so rude.

Completely unorganized
Everytime I come here my iced coffee is made wrong

I went to buy a large coffee, but the girl gave me a small one by mistake. When I told her I had paid for a large, she just switched the cup and added some foam on top, without even filling it to the top. Basically, I paid for a large coffee but got less than that.
Then I asked for sugar, and she rudely told me that if I had said how many sugars I wanted when placing my order, they would’ve added it for me. I told her I already mentioned it to the cashier, but still, she only gave me two sugar packets.
It was 7 in the morning, the coffee was bitter, and honestly, it’s unacceptable to have that kind of attitude when you work in customer service.
I paid $9.34 for a coffee and two donuts, and the least you expect is a friendly attitude and the right order. I’m definitely not coming back to this Dunkin Donuts.

I will never be coming back to this Dunkin donuts . They had no donuts at 1pm & the girl was rude about it . Horrible service !!!!!
The parking lot is ridiculous. We parked and grabbed our order but couldn't leave bc the drive thru wraps around and there's only one way out. We were blocked in during the early morning rush. There's no cashier, only a kiosk to order. When we finally got our order placed, my rewards from the app weren't working. There was a disconnect. But a team member helped us. Our order took some time because we were waiting on munchkins. Bathroom wasn't great. The toilet paper wasn't in the holder and the bathroom smelled (but it's a bathroom lol)

Angry black girl at drive thru, really sets the tone here. Never coming back here again. BtW tea refresher was too sweet, donuts were old and stale, my coffee which I requested light and sweet had no sugar. I went inside to get sugar only to be met with a passive attitude 😒

So this is the bullshit that they give you when you order a large drink there's barely any iced coffee in here it's about 3/4 full then they put two and a half inches worth of cold foam that's just going to melt away into the drink this is absolutely ridiculous

I requested whipped cream on my drink and the nice person helping gave it to me. A few moments later which ever manger or whoever was working came to the drive threw window and nastily said we pay for whipped cream here, I was confused by her demeanor and she repeated we charged for whipped cream here “Sweetie” .
We didn’t say anything . I never had an issue paying it, I wasn’t aware they charged in this location.
Her demeanor, tone , attitude and her way of addressing people was really disgusting. I am also not her child so the sweetie part was uncalled for especially in the sarcastic way that it was said.
The woman was not very tall, Look to be mid 20s Hispanic with curly hair.***warning*** Not nice at all. Customer Service 0

I know this job isn’t easy, so I’m not trying to complain too much. But come on—over $6 for a medium coffee that’s mostly ice and whipped cream, with barely any actual coffee? Then I ordered hash browns, which are supposed to be six pieces, and got something that looked like mashed fried potatoes. Honestly, it looked like dog food. If you’re thinking about coming here in the morning, don’t waste your time.

It was 6:45am on a Wednesday. It had been the worst week and a half that I had experienced in a long time, I mean we’re talking tears and rants every single day because it was just one of those times. I had planned all week to save and use my points to “treat myself” with a large cold brew on the morning of my first of two days off work after the gym, and so I placed my order before leaving my gym’s parking lot. When I arrived to this location, the employee Zandalee informed me that I had mistakenly placed the order for a different location down the highway. I was bummed and Zandalee could tell, and with such a perfect guest-service comforting voice, she asked me what my order was and offered to make it for me. This store’s drive thru was busy at this time, too! From one guest service worker to another, Zandalee truly reshaped the way that I think of this Dunkin location. She deserves praise for thinking of others and having compassion for another human being. I know it’s “just coffee”, but a gesture like that really helped me after such the long and stressful week and a half that I had.

Not happy at all that they told me to park for a small order and proceeded to make me wait 20 minutes. Then I had to go inside, if not I wouldn’t have gotten my order. They were not sorry or sympathetic for the wait and lack of customer service. Go spend your money on a local coffee shop that’ll cost you cheaper and they care
