Takes forever to go thru drive thru everytime. Today was 15 minutes. Then u get attitude from the little window man. Place is awful. Ordered 2 sandwiches, he hands me a donut hole box, when I asked that Id ordered sandwiches he replies snarky as hell ya i know, theyre in there. After a 15 min wait.

Slowest service during peak times. Wish they would have more staff during busy times. Place my order at 7:55 and at 8:11 and it still wasn’t ready

Pros: Service was efficient at the drive thru and the person who handed me food at the window was fairly friendly.
Cons: 1. The person who took my order was abrupt, like I was wasting their time. 2. The food was sub-par. Ordered breakfast sandwiches and a couple of donuts. The bagels on the sandwiches were EXTREMELY tough and chewy and the cheese wasn't melted and the bacon was cold. My best guess is that they toasted the bagels, then microwaved the sandwiches to heat them. I also didn't get the type of donuts I ordered. 3. At the window, the staff was bantering and roasting each other in front of me.
I'm a pretty chill person (check my other reviews), but I was disappointed here. 😕

Again, third store. No Mayonnaise, no ketchup. So we end up having good go to Burger King.
I had to wait around 20 minutes for my food & drinks. There were 2 orders ahead of me, i ordered 1 bacon egg & cheese sandwich, loaded hashbrowns, the cookie latte & the $6 meal deal with 1 bacon egg & cheese, 1 hashbrown, 1 iced coffee. There was one person making the sandwiches and im not sure what the other two were doing but apparently they werent cross-trained to help out with the demand. I left without my iced coffee because there was a blow out fight between a worker and a customer who snatched their order out of the workers hands because they were angry about the wait for their food & the worker blew up and started yelling and cursing at the customer. This location and area is terrible and id never come back. Im extremely disappointed i paid $23 for this, couldnt even get my entire order filled AND was late to work when i left with ample time.

Love the staff here! Always so friendly and inviting. They handle all my orders with care and are always super respectful of them. The food and drinks are always made to perfection and for that I think every single one of them deserves a raise! They always go above and beyond. The only Dunkin I go to day to day. Best in East Orlando

My young son and I were walking in for your "donut day" and he was super excited. The gentleman working behind the counter matched my son's excitement, helped him pick out a donut, and was super friendly. The receipt says his name was Lentz. Thank you for helping to make "donut day" awesome!
