⭐ 1 Star – Absolutely Awful Experience Every Time

This Dunkin’ on Curry Ford & Conway is hands-down the worst one around. From the completely clueless person taking orders to the crew that can’t seem to follow even the simplest request — it’s a disaster from start to finish.

It doesn’t matter what time of day you go, there’s always a line wrapped around the building, moving at a snail’s pace, only for you to end up with the wrong order or something made terribly. The staff clearly lack training, professionalism, and basic customer service skills.

Do yourself a favor — don’t waste your time or money here. There are plenty of other Dunkin’ locations that actually know what they’re doing. Avoid this one at all costs!

Don't go here if u want a donut. After several attempts, they never have the one im asking for cuz they always seem to conveniently run out. Then I ask for sausage egg and cheese on English muffin and they dont seem to believe in toasting there so my muffin was completely cold and dry

The worst dunkin ....they do not care about the lobby and everyone is slow i go there almost every day and they never put sugar on the coffee it sux. To Have to go put sugar at a random gas station while getting gas .......EVERY MORNING

Something needs to be done to fix the Drive-thru service at this location. No sense of urgency or poor management, or both. I had a mobile order only to wait in the drive thru line for over 20 minutes. The reason given for the long wait was somebody was resolving an issue with a client on the phone. There were 5 employees in view of the drive-thru window. Not sure how one of them couldn't have handled the other orders. The worst thing is when I finally got my breakfast sandwich it was stone cold. This is not an isolated event; I consistently get slow service from this Dunkin. Some process or people need to change.

I ordered this morning through Uber eats around 9am. The driver was sitting waiting for the food a long time. When I did get my order the drink was melted and my food was cold. I also left a bad review on Uber eats so people of conway know how you operate.

UPDATE
Tried to order again today and I think they messed it up on purpose. That's okay I emailed cooperate and uber. This place does not care about the public. My drink didn't even have any ice in it. Truly sad.

I’m a regular at this particular Dunkin’ Donuts, stopping by several times a week, and there’s a good reason for that. The staff, Kay, Jess, and Taina are always professional, never rude, and consistently friendly. They get my order right every time, and often have it ready before I even ask. Even during their busy times, they manage the rush smoothly and are always quick to fix any little adjustments without any hassle. It’s that level of courteous and reliable service that makes this Dunkin’ stand out from the others I’ve visited. Thanks to these three, it’s always a pleasure to come back.
(4 stars because it’s only when these three are working )

Second time I have waited over 20 minutes in the drive through line with only 4 cars just to find no one is working the drive through window. People have school and work to get to in the morning! What’s going on with quality of service?!?!?!?

Jessica at this location is absolutely outstanding. She seamlessly manages both the drive thru and the front of house, moving effortlessly between the two while attending to everyone with genuine warmth and positivity. It is truly impressive to watch her in action. No matter how busy it gets, she maintains her energy, composure, and focus, making each customer feel like the most important person there. Her level of customer service is exceptional, and she embodies what it means to go above and beyond. You really cannot say enough good things about her.

Even when short staffed these guys rock. Walked in this Thursday morning to a full lobby and drive thru with only 2 employees. They were still extremely pleasant and helped everyone with a pleasant attitude. Great job guys.
