I decided to give this place another try after an employee called me a "b****" for wanting to place an order at the front counter. This is the worst location I've been to. The employees are extremely slow and rude. I waited in the drive thru line with only 4 cars ahead of me and I waited 20-25minutes. Will not be returning again.

Giving 1 star bc 1 out of 5 times they get my order right and I’m officially done. Not even going to the one by Semoran and Curry bc they are worst than this place. It’s Starbucks for me moving forward. The mgr with the white eyeliner- not nice. And whoever owns this place sir/madam you can’t have only 3 staff tending to customers on a busy Saturday morning. Waiting 20 plus mins inside and having customers leave. You lose more money trying to saving on staffing cost. Even app orders showed up and had to wait 20 mins. Whats the benefit. NEW MANAGER/OWNERS please !!!!

It's always hit or miss coming to this location, for me. This time it was a miss, didn't make my food, so I asked the lady who tool my order if it was still being made, she assured it was. Another 5-10 minutes go by and still nothing. I just left, I have to work and cannot sit and wait for all 7 workers to figure out how to make 2 wake up wraps.

The girl in the window is cool. The manager needs to be fired and replaced. How are you a coffee shop and you charge for the itty bitty packets of jelly. The tots taste burned and stale. IDK how you manage to do that. The last time I came the manager had a nasty attitude and I did not appreciate how she talked to the employees. They’re all kids and just because they’re kids and she’s old gives her no right to treat them as if they’re inferior. I live 2 minute away but I’ll drive to Semoran before I go back here

Over priced and staff didn’t know what they’re doing. I got a large iced coffee, almond milk and a shot of espresso and they tried to charge my almost $9. I questioned it and they called someone else over and rang it up as $6.79. When ordering through the app, same location for pickup and same order it was $6 even. When I questioned it the manager said the app is always going to be cheaper than in store regardless.Avoids this location. They were slow to take orders in the first place and overcharged compared to other stores and their own app. Got my refund and will never return.

Online and on their front door it says they open at 0500. I have been there twice this week around 0515 and they weren't opened. Update your hours or open when you are supposed to!

I used to come here consistently about a year and a half ago because it was on the way to work. They were slow as turtles then and the espresso machine was almost always broken. How does this happen in a coffee shop??? I gave up and started driving further out of my way to go to a different location.Just happened to swing by last week at 7:30am thinking it would be fine since it’s before the morning rush. They have a sign outside that says “Under New Management,” so you know it was bad. Unfortunately, it is still bad. Still waited 15 min in line, got to the window to pay and she says “the espresso machine isn’t working, but she’s working on it so it’s $4.76.” I stupidly paid. But if they knew it wasn’t working, it’s not good to assume you’ll be able to fix it quickly. They sent me out front to wait. Waited over 10 minutes and they couldn’t fix it so I just asked for a refund. I wish they would have apologized and told me it wasn’t working instead of wasting my time.Wasted 30 minutes at a Dunkin to get nothing out of it. That’s crazy. Don’t go here. I see the espresso machine still never works over a year later.

Some of the worst service I've ever received. Placed an online order and when I go in to pick it up apparently they didn't receive it. I show them the receipt and they refused to make the order. Had me wait around for over 10 minutes. The response was "it's not my problem". Extremely unprofessional. I always get terrible service here but after today they will never see me again. 0 stars.

Today was the worst experience I've ever had at this location. I didn't mind going to this Dunkin because my prior orders were fine with minimum issues but today was just not it.I had placed a mobile order, as usual, and it said it would be ready by 7:10 am. I got there at around that time and saw that my food was not ready at all. I gave them a few more minutes, which I didn't mind. As I waited, more people came in and waited in line. The customers weren't getting helped but eventually they did. What frustrates me is that they all got helped and got all their orders before me. Here I am, still waiting for my order.The lady making the orders kept complaining as well saying that there were so many mobile orders and it was driving her crazy. Why do you have to say that out loud for everyone to hear?Finally, after maybe of 20 mins waiting, the lady asks me if I was waiting for a mobile order and what I ordered. I had verified with her that yes, I was waiting for a mobile order.While my visit there, the only thing I got was by mini bagels. At this point, I had given up on continuing to wait. Before I left, I had asked them if my order was ever gonna be ready. The person just looks at me and says "I don't know." I told him I was there since 7:10am and now it's 7:45.In the end, I left the damn store...I appreciate you guys working hard but as a customer, I didn't get a single apology or actual reassurance that my food was taking awhile and that it will be made asap. Nothing. I wasted my time waiting. I was hopeful. Because of all that, I came to work late and with nothing in hand.Please staff better. Do better in general.

After going through drive thru last visit and receiving wrong donuts- requested Bavarian cream donuts but instead got whipped filling!! i decided to go inside the store this visit to make sure i receive correct order. Around 1210 pm I went inside the store to get donuts and coffee. The cashier had her back facing us taking pictures of the donuts they had on the shelves on her personal cell phone. Without even turning her head and greeting us, she yelled out " We are not taking orders right now our system is down!" That was very rude and unprofessional. This store needs to work on better customer service. I ended up going to the dunkin donuts store on semoran and Curry Ford and had a great experience there. Very pleased with their customer service. She was very enthusiastic about taking my order and professional. I rather go to this store which is out of my way than to go to this store which is 1 min from my house just based on customer service. Very poor customer service, I felt disrespected. NO STARS if I could.
