This place provided me the worst service you could imagine. When I came through the drive through I was told they had all donuts. i proceeded to order my dozen donuts. As I’m asking I’m being told they don’t have certain flavors; why tell me you have all the flavors in the first place then? To top it all off. I ask for ice in both drinks but got one with no ice. The worst part is when I got my dozen donuts there was hair in the box. I told the cashier and she looked at me very rudely and almost as if she tried to make it seem like I lied and it was my hair?? She then took them and told the employees “ We taking these donuts home tonight” and slammed it onto the counter. Absolutely the WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced I felt discriminated against!! SMH!

This place sucks. I know dunkin is not going to be amazing Michelin star food but this is literally the worst dunkin I have ever been too. I come here for an everything bagel when I'm craving it on the way to work. I know from experience at any dunkin that you have to ask for extra cream to even get a decent amount, so that's what I do. My bagel is always burnt or barely toasted when I get it but at least there is enough cream cheese, now I wouldn't call it extra cream cheese, but, enough. Today was my breaking point. I asked for my usual toasted everything bagel with EXTRA cream cheese and I swear to God when I opened it I almost screamed. It was mostly bread and maybe some cream cheese in the corner (see photo for reference). I was also feeling fancy and got some munchkins for nostalgia purposes. These poor small donut were so dry and gross I almost choked on the first one I tried. DONT GO HERE TRY THE DUNKING UP THE STREET INSTEAD

Ordered donuts and iced coffee. Donuts were grate, But the coffee was horrible it did not even taste like coffee it’s tasted like water, We told the workers it tasted like water, gave it back and apparently “Remade it” once they gave the “new” one it taste exactly the same, like water. We did not complain for the second one to not cause trouble.

I used to go here frequently until….I went in one morning for just one donut and waited for a while. I had time to download the app, put in my card info, and place a mobile order before anyone actually came over. That’s not why I quit going, though.While I was waiting I watched the woman at the drive through window (the one who always has her nails done & long) take multiple orders & ring people out and then pick up someone’s food off of the hot conveyor belt with her bare hands without washing them. Directly from money to food… gross!Also, 30% of the time I’d be given a croissant when I ordered an English muffin. How do y’all not know the difference ?♀️ There’s like four bread options

Worst Dunkin in Orlando. It's like they purposely mess your orders up just to f!@k with you. Normally it wouldn't be a big deal because donuts are donuts...unless they are stale AF. Then they are just trash. Pup cup was on point tho.
Let's start to say that Troy and Omar have such a graceful customer service skills. My wife, four daughters and myself had a nice experience here. They talked to us about the ice cream flavors, gave us suggestions, and helped us decide which ice to try. I will definitely come back to this location.
