I went to double check my order and the girl was completely rude. Absolutely horrible attitude thinks she can talk to people however she wants and it’s gonna be OK. Called corporate to do an investigation on the behavior in that store. Also, I will never be returning. I don’t know the people‘s names, but it was a black girl with glasses And a blonde girl. I would just go ahead and go to the one down the road.

compared to other locations i’ve gotten from, this one is the best! other locations forget items in my order, or it isn’t fresh, but this location remembered all items and the food was properly cooked. thank you.

Worst dunkin ever been to all 3 females so unprofessional I go to the dunkin everyday on university Blvd the workers great everytime my cappuccino is on point delicious full cup for a large i go here this morning to get my cappuccino and the taste disgusting taste like straight coffee they didn't even put my milk in it and the cup is filled as a medium smh just horrible

The Costumer service is the worst, do not even attempt to stop here. They had me waiting 15 minutes at the drive thru and still no food or matcha. Plus they don’t have any costumer at the drive thru or inside the store.

Today is my first and last visits to this location. Customer services are HORRIBLE. Instead the drive thru blonde lady(today morning shift) it’s nasty . She wast upset because I just put my order in her drive thru before the other car leave. She tell me I need to make the order 2 minutes before get there I’m her drive thru with actitud. She don’t know the reason why I putting the order in her drive thru before.

I try to put before get there but my baby is special needs and is gonna be surgery this Thursday I received the call for her doctor office sorry but my priority was answered that call not submitted the order.

After that when she give me my order she still have with the actitud, she don’t close good the box. Instead NO EDUCATION VALUE S, I said good morning she completely ignored me and still with the actitud. So I treat her the same way because she it’s no one for unrespect the people That they go here to buy and do not disrespect her but above all that they are the ones who pay her the salary she receives.

If you don't like working with customer service, you'd better find another job because this one is not for you.

I had a very unpleasant experience this morning with Bryttani. She was very rude and had a horrible attitude. I ordered at 8:16am, check #4067. When I arrived to the window, she rushed my food out the window, and shouted said my balance. I was ok until I kindly asked if she would give me a straw, being that I hadn't seen it in the bag. She rudely said with the worst tone "Your drink is still in my hand but okay". I grab my drink and she pushed the straw to me and yells "OKAY THANK YOU BYE" and slams the window behind her and walked away from the drive through. I go to this Dunkin all the time and never have an issue with workers, everyone is very nice. I give people in fast food grace, but the way she handled herself was extremely disrespectful. If you don't like your job then I suggest getting a new one, ms.minimum wage.

The problem with this facility is they
will upcharge you for anything whipped cream flavor and the arrogance of the staff is to dissapoint one customer less i get better service somewhere else so my regular order at a dunkin is usually 5.89 I ordered
the same thing here and they charged 7.89 nothing changed just the facility where i was getting at but never again

Wife and I stop by yesterday morning for breakfast and as soon as we pulled in the employees where in a pickup truck smoking Marijuana. So we walk in after them and they proceed business as usual without even washing hands. I strongly suggest you go elsewhere

Every time I Uber eats from this location they don’t add all my items this time missing 2 whole orders. If you can’t seem to execute this service DON’T OFFER IT!!! Will never order from this location again

Pulled in at 5:50 for quick coffee to go before work. Website says open till 6…. Was told they were closed. Please update your hours.

This location has no bathroom available for customers they claim. The the keys has been lost Mari it’s not for customers asking me why am taking picture she’s giving attitude to every single one even when I walked out of the store she was actually talking bad things about me because I was taking pictures

I made an order for a different store and was annoyed to find out the App didn’t put it for the one nearest me (down the road). I was already running late so frustration was active. But i was surprised when the manager asked me if I came often to the location. I skeptically said “no why? ?” , he nonchalantly replied with “ I haven’t seen you before and I remember all my customers”. #MindBlown . We in general as humans need to feel like we are more than a number. In the workplace and as a consumer. Definitely astonished by the positive vibe in this establishment. All fast food workers should follow this managers attitude. It’s so refreshing to see that people still care about being human.

I usually get my breakfast here when in a rush.
Today there was only one person on staff taking care of the Sunday morning rush. Though overwhelmed she remained professional and getting everyone's orders out to them in a timely fashion.
This woman deserves a promotion and a raise. She showed the ability to multi-task in the face of the odds.
Dunkin should consider promoting her to a corporate position.
I'd be sad to see her go, but she deserves the promotion.
