I walked in on Saturday 3/16 to place a coffee order (or thats what I thought) .I was made to stand there for atleast 15 mins .Took them another 7 mins to acknowledge my presence . Mind you the store was empty and the drive thru only had 2 cars.Its not the workers fault but there was this Shift Lead lady who instead of helping the two workers was CHIT CHATTING with her friend on the seat close of the door . She literally had the dunkin uniform and was talking to god knows who rather than helping her team or the instore customers.There was also another lady in store who had placed her order and she went to restroom and came back after 10 mins and STILL her order was not ready .I usually dont put reviews but this place made me do it .Avoid this Dunkin Location at all cost .A lot of good options nearby where people will atleast acknowledge you .

I always stop by this place on my way out of Orlando, pick up a cup of coffee and a breakfast sandwich. The service is always great with a smile and some humor and food is always fresh. Coffee is always hot. What more can I ask for?

What I liked about this location was the friendliness of the workers there. They were also quiet efficient.
Lady just tried to give me a large iced pumkin spice signature latte with half coffe and the other half whipped cream, and when I asked for it to be filled with more coffee, she proceeds to tell me lattes dont have coffee in them..... ummmm. No thats wrong and I wont get ripped off. Never coming to this location ever again.

The manager here is so awesome. I come here once a week and she remembers me. They are quick and always get my order
I tend to order ahead for in store pick up because just like any other store, they are busy and I am not a person to stand in lines. Also, ordering ahead ensures you get what you want with no errors. Lilly E. Has always a pleasant attitude and she always smiles. She puts efforts into making the food and drinks very presentable as well. Thank you Lilly for always making my day brighter.
They got my whole order wrong two days in a row takes forever to even get my food/drinking called yesterday when I got to work and she asked if I could come back I said no I’m already at work so she said come tomorrow morning I’ll let my manager know came next day she said there’s nothing she can do no one told her nothing two days I was charged extra for things I threw away

manager on duty was yelling at me to get the line moving. i pulled up and she screamed beep beep through the window. called corporate store never called back

Came here for donuts and they were cleaned out only had one type I took that one. It was hard I asked to microwave it 10secs and was told by employee who then called manager that it could not bc it would melt the donut. Moral of story I can't believe such a simple task took 20 min of my life.
