As you arrive in the spacious parking lot, this location is brightly lit outside, and immaculately clean on the inside…. If you have ever worked in any kind of food service, the phrase “if you got time to lean, you have time to clean” might just trigger some ptsd, but not in this store, the drive through clears, and the line inside is all taken care of swiftly, efficiently, with a smile and that extra mile, then clean with out being encouraged or reminded…..The crew tonight, needs to share their perspective and how they maintain an absolutely chipper appearance even with a customer that is yelling at them (mind you the customer had no ground to complain, and the crew knew this and still maintained the proper decorum. If I were looking for a manager or trainer at any location. The crew along with their positive attitude also took the time to answer any and all questions, and explain what they would suggest if a new customer is completely lost.
Who ever worked the window red/orange long hair girl today was rude asked her to fix my coffee and yet again came back with milk and ice i dont Know who thinks this looks like a cold brew but she needs better training and an attitude adjustment!!!! I have Been going to this Dunkin for years she honestly just made me want to go back to Starbucks and spend the extra $$$$ horrible!

i switched over from starbucks because this dunkin is very consistent with my drinks and their service is awesome. shout out to Anthony and Tricity their service is literally out of this world it literally feels like i'm talking to a friend and not just someone who wants to do their job and go
The service is horrible, the assistants just told me that they are closed and they are selling and they threw the window hard in my face. I mean they shouldn't have people like that, I work with customer service. The worst experience of my life, honestly.

Ordered 2 snackin bacon and when the order came out it was cold. I went back to the window and told them it was cold. They responded to me ”that’s how the snackin bacon comes out.” I replied “you guys make it in the fridge or what?” And they said no but we make it cold. Most idiotic thing I’ve heard this far.

This is the worst Dunkin I've been to. I'm a teacher and have ordered from this store on a few occasions as it is near my school. Each time, there have been issues, but today was the worst. Today I ordered 3 dozen donuts around 6:30 AM so that we could have a little winter break party. When I went to pick them up, I was rudely told, "We're out of donuts." There was no apology, there was no one trying to provide solutions. When I asked about a refund, the worker told me to ask whomever I ordered it from as it was a 3rd party. I ordered from the app. After leaving, I phoned the contact number through the app who then told me that they couldn't refund me, it had to be done directly through the franchise. I'm a teacher. I'm not wealthy, and I spent nearly $50 of my own money to celebrate my class. I am angry that I'm out of pocket and my kids were disappointed that the promised donut party didn't happen. Something needs to be done - the customer service at this location is horrible. Again - this wasn't the first time I've had issues at this location, but it will be the last time. Will never order here again.

the customer service here is trash! they literally never have any donuts or bagels ready when i come at 8 am they tell you it will take a few hours for fresh ones when we all know they come off a truck 😂 rude manager who is miserable and hates her job pls quit. the other dunkin on OBT is way nicer and the staff is super friendly

So sad, I’ve been coming here for More than 10 years service clearly has downgraded, I stopped ordering food from them A few years back since every time i order a bagel it was burnt It. But today it had barely any cream cheese and Bagel is raw. Nothing has change

After waiting for 10 minutes, the manager told me that they could not attend to my order because I had not ordered through the microphone, one of the employees told me that the service was not available and that I had to order through the window, I explained to him and he told me that he didn't care in a very rude way and that he wasn't going to serve me coffee after making me wait for him to at least train his employees better.
