Service was horrible !! The staff there are unprofessional ! Shift leader is super rude her name is Bridget I believe . Manager terry is rude as well to her staffs and doesn’t do anything but stand Bathrooms are disgustingly dirty females bathroom is always closed my children had to use the men’s and I think that’s very un-sanitary for a female to sit where boys stand to urinate . DO BETTER . also got sick a few times eating from there , If you order hashbrowns with chipotle sauce make sure it’s good cheese ! Sometimes it tastes expired I do not recommend.

I came early in the morning during their busiest time. I went to the drive thru which was quite busy, there was about 5 cars ahead of me and I ordered and got my food in less than 10 mins. My sandwich was hot and well made and my coffee was good too. No complaints. Service was fast and friendly.

11/12/2025 I was at this location around 515 am. I am a driver and can't leave my truck parked just anywhere. I was able to find parking next to this location. I ordered the $6 deal and added cream cheese to the bacon egg and cheese bagel. I also ordered a hot coffee with 7 creams and 6 sugars .. the order came out with NO CREAM CHEESE. AND THE COFFEE HAD NO CREAM OR SUGAR. I wasn't able to check what I received till after I left since I had to make sure to get back to the truck asap. Crazy way to mess up someone's day. It was a simple order. This isnt the first time this location screws up my order, but this was definitely the time that broke the camels back. There are no excuses for this bad customer service. As there were NO OTHER CUSTOMERS IN LINE OR THROUGH THE DRIVE THRU.

I asked for a medium latte with light ice and a female automatically said “that doesn’t mean you getting more coffee” I responded with I just don’t want my drink to be that watery. This is what I got… this gotta be a damn joke. This was definitely done on purpose because I’ve ordered from other Dunkin’s that same EXACT THING and have never gotten this before.. Didn’t realize Dunkin was so selfish and couldn’t afford to fill up the drink a little more. Or maybe this Dunkin needs new staff.

I placed an online order for two medium signature coffees and a half dozen donuts. I pulled up to the drive thru to receive the order and not only did it take a while to even get helped, but they said they’re OUT of DONUTS. How are you out of EVERY single type of donut?? For being a store that is known for their donuts, as it is literally in the name, this service is ridiculous. Then at the end they had the audacity to tell me to pull away from the drive thru, as it’s racking up THEIR time!

I ordered a cookie dough cold foam coffee.
They forgot the cookie dough chunks, cold foam and didn’t give me a straw. Closed the window on me immediately. The coffee is alright.
