Ordered online an hour before they close got there and they told me I need to call and get a refund spent 30 min on the phone to find out someoen will call me back “within 2 days”!I’ll eat the $8!and never go there again.

Joanne was extremely rude to my very polite group of 10 teenage girls. We are a competitive team that travels and we have never had a negative experience stopping anywhere. The second we walked in she was frustrated and snapping at the children. We were not loud or even that large of a group, and she was rude to the other customers who weren’t with us as well. Customers waiting with us were talking about how nasty and snarky she was being. No one received their receipt, so when they called out numbers we didn’t know who’s order it was and she would very loudly shout the number and get mad when she was the one not handing anyone their receipt with their number. She was also upset that lattes were consistently being ordered… at a coffee place. They were not overly busy at the time either, but nothing excuses that kind of behavior even if they were. The other employees were working so well and efficiently, and you could tell they were uncomfortable with the way she was speaking to customers by how absolutely silent they were.I’m not one to normally leave reviews, but there is simply no reason to speak to anyone the way she does.

All staff were really nice and professional except for one manager (White) who was really mean to a Hispanic man and his family (wife and kids).This manager was so rude and had no patience because of a language barrier. I will be coming back but the one manager needs to work on her attitude or get another job. The atmosphere is chill just work a little more on customer service skills.

Please LIKE & share our reviews. ^^ Wheel chair accessible. Visited here while doing errands around town. Place was empty. There was only one other customer so service was super quick. Place was clean but the owners definitely should have the outdoor windows cleaned. They looked as if someone threw a drink at each one.The employees were great. They were out of what I ordered and offered substitutes. The interior was super clean. Will def revisit if I am in this area. Quickest service of almost every Dunkin I have been to.

went there and ordered 2 frozen coffees with cream and sugar and some munchkins, it took over 20 minutes with no one else in line and both coffees didn't get cream or sugar, tried asking for a refund but they said they couldn't give me one and to wait for the drinks... that wound up incorrect.

Hours of operation say it’s open at 4:00am but, we pulled up to the drive through at 4:30am and the lady at the window didn’t even acknowledge us, completely ignored us for 5 minutes before we left.

Im dairy free, and they literally ALWAYS put dairy in my coffee after i pay for dairy free. The last time we went, we ordered Pumpkin spice, and they gave us plain!?Dietary restrictions: They do nor follow dietary restrictions and will give whatever they want. Definitely be careful. I even confirmed "this is oatmilk" and they told me yes and it definitely wasn't as I got sick shortly after drinking it.

The drive thru is THROUGH THE BUILDING! TINY and unsafe for your car. It looks like hundreds of cars have scraped the sides of their cars while trying to make that tight turn into the drive thru. Service was good, but the phone number goes straight to voicemail.
