Haven't had any Dutch Bros coffee since leaving Cali and was def stopping by when I saw one in Orlando! Picture Perfect blended freeze was Awesome as always and my wife liked the seasonal candy cane mocha also as a blended freeze. The staff running the store were very friendly and had our drinks ready fast!

Poor service at the walk-up window. Attendant checked the laptop for whether I tipped. A frown and slow service after I left no tip. Maybe lady was just having a bad day. I think I've been spoiled by my other experiences at Dutch Bros.

10 stars for customer service! My first Dutch bros experience didn’t let me down. I told the associate what I like in a coffee and she suggested “the golden eagle” drink. It’s delicious and she was SO nice and chatty while still getting the work done. I’ll be back.

Customer service is great! Everyone has a smile and they all seem to really enjoy their job. I only ordered a drink and it was yummy. I ordered a hot mocha with whipped cream and one pump of sugar.

I'm only writing a review now because I'm moving out of state. But ever since this location opened, I haven't had a single experience that was any less than excellent. Every drink I've ordered from here feels like they take their time to make sure it turns out exactly how it's supposed to. And the drinks themselves are super tasty, especially the seasonal recipes that are always coming out.
The staff are also exceptional. It's pretty typical that several of the staff will greet you at the pick-up window and there's always someone who will be outside to take your order if there are more than a couple cars in line. There have been some times that I've waited in line up to 5 or 6 minutes to get my order, but I feel like that's pretty reasonable considering that they don't rush to push orders out. Every drink comes out exactly as it's supposed to regardless of how busy it is. On days that I'm in a hurry, I've found that going to the walk-up window gets me my drink pretty quickly if there's a line of cars.
As others have mentioned, the prices are on the higher side. Most of my drinks fall between $6.50 and $9 when I order a large. So I don't typically come every day and instead once or twice a week to treat myself. But I feel like high prices need to be met with high quality and they absolutely produce that here.

This location is extremely inefficient. The wait time in the drive thru has been at least 15 mins every single time I’ve come here even if there’s one car ahead of me. My drink has been made correctly maybe 2 of the 6 times I’ve visited so, not only am I waiting forever to order but then I’m waiting for my drinks to be remade because they forgot the soft top, extra syrup, made it iced instead of hot etc. When you order at the window, the music they’re playing is so loud that the person at the window can’t even hear you. Idk if they’re just working out the kinks still because they just opened but I’m gonna wait a few months before I try again.
