The coffee tasted like water, way too light and too expensive for the quality. I spend almost 20 dollars for three coffees and I left a tip! I didn’t come back because of the line! We went to the hotel and had to add instant coffee to drink it, really dissatisfied!

My wife and I love this Dutch Bros location, and we want to send a shoutout to Ms. Whitley, a barista who is always smiling when we pull up to the window to order. She’s always so friendly and joyous—making her an amazing ambassador for Dutch Bros.

There drinks are amazing have tried quite a few different one my favorite are the teas.. eclipse black tea and palm beach black tea. So much variety you can't go wrong. Just swing through and enjoy the drink....

I hope the owner / general manager reads this review. I went for coffee this evening and was served by Sydney. Being a retail manager myself I am well aware of what amazing service looks like… and Sydney is just that, a true mark of excellent customer service. Sydney took the time to help me figure out what to order, she made suggestions from my preferences and I feel like she truly practiced active listening. She was so kind and genuine, and for the first time ever I loved the coffee that was made for me. Sydney treated me with so much kindness and we even connected over growing up in the same city. Duvvvaallll!!!! Thank you Sydney, you’ve definitely made me a returning customer & I am so happy to have my official drink order secured!

*Update* customer service reached out to me with a few more questions. After a few days, received an offer to come back for a 2nd try. Went back, no problems, recieved a decent drink (same as I ordered before). Like most places, going during a rush adds the chance of orders having problems.

Decided to give Dutch Bros another try after a so-so experience at another location. Ordered a iced latte, lite ice. Get up to the window and the girls making the drinks are happy and laughing: all awesome to see.

I watch them make the drink and 1) not lite ice and 2) a LOT of milk. As I go to say something another girl catches the mistake and starts to correct the order. She takes a little ice out of the cup (maybe 4 cubes), dumps it in a blender cup, grabs a new cup, fills it about 25% with milk and dumps the already made drink back into it. At that point I had been in line for a minute and had to leave so I took it as is. Can't say I enjoyed my coffee flavored milk much. And for $6 with tip......I'll pass.

Really liked their Golden Eagle and 9-1-1 drinks. It was super busy but their customer service was very good. All employees were nice and friendly.

Hello!! I think her name was Ailish (not sure if spelled correctly or not) but she was the absolute sweetest and so helpful! I didn't know what drink to get, she asked me what I liked and gave me so many recommendations! I loved my drink! What a sweet heart! ❤️
