An interesting experience! Met a friend for lunch and she recommended Earls having tried the food from another location. We tried to walk in during lunch time and we were immediately turned away for not having a reservation. The hostess was extremely snarky. We were a party of two and half the bar area was empty. We left. Made it downstairs and my friend checked their reservation availability and sure enough they had open times right then through the next 45 mins so we literally made a reservation and walked right back up stairs so we could hopefully dine here. Our reservation was now for 1:45 and it was 1:40. The hostess was immediately annoyed we had returned and checked twice to make sure we actually had a āreservationā now. Then she proceeded to tell us her priority was the other reservations and we would have to wait. Long story short she made us wait around the corner like second class for another 20 minutes while she immediately sat every party that came in after us. Food was good, our waiter was great, hostess is deplorable. Sheās lucky she didnāt have a name tag bc I would put her on blast. So unprofessional.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at your establishment and was fortunate enough to have Tiffany as my server. I wouldn't have had it any other way. Tiffany was exceptionally attentive and friendly throughout my visit, ensuring that I was fully satisfied with my orders. Her knowledge of the food menu was impressive, and everything she recommended, including drinks, was a perfect 10/10. Her outstanding service truly enhanced my dining experience, and I wanted to express my gratitude and appreciation for her excellent work.

Iām just gonna be honest with this review.. I made reservation for this place at 6:45pm and It was made almost 3 weeks ahead. We show up to the restaurant and are told your table will be ready in the next 10 mins. My girlfriend and I ended up waiting for over an hour just to be seated. I reserved outside seating and ended up being dumped in the corner of the closed bar. And the table isnāt clean when they bring us to it. So we finally get seated and order food.. the ribeye I got wasnāt any better than a āChiliāsā steak to be honest. It didnāt have a lot of flavor and the veggies were cooked the same. My girlfriend said her filet was good but the sides were average like any other restaurant. If youāre expecting the food and experience quality to match the pricing and vibes, donāt. Our server on the other hand was amazing, he was defiantly the highlight of the night.

Review for Earls
I took my wife here for Valentineās Day, knowing it would be busy, which is completely understandable. That said, even with a reservation we still waited about 25 minutes to be seated. What stood out was watching several guests who appeared very familiar with the hostess and servers being seated ahead of us. It felt very buddy-buddy and unprofessional, but we let it go and tried to enjoy the evening.
Once seated, appetizers came out quickly. The birria tacos were very spicy but flavorful. The crispy rice with salmon was excellent, though the portion was extremely small for the price. Good execution, but definitely overpriced.
For entrees, I ordered the tomahawk pork chop. It was cooked well and tasted great, but again, the portion was surprisingly small. The mashed potatoes were decent but lacked depth and seasoning. The peppercorn sauce was good, but charging an additional $4 just to have it served on the side instead of on the pork felt unnecessary. My wife ordered the Korean beef bowl, which was good, but not memorable or exciting.
Service was another disappointment. The waitress rarely acknowledged my wife directly, which felt rude and uncomfortable. When you own a table, you engage both guests equally. Instead, conversation and jokes were directed at me, while my wife was only asked basic questions like soda refills. Speaking of soda, refills are not complimentary here and are charged at $4.95 each, which is very odd considering itās from a standard soda fountain.
We chose not to stay for dessert. The final bill came out to $178 after tip, which felt excessive for the portion sizes, service, and overall experience.
We may return during a slower time to see if the experience improves, but based on this visit, I would not recommend or return at this point. The staff seems capable and the food has potential, but the execution and service need serious improvement.
