The food quality wasn’t worth the price. Ordering through Grubhub, the food arrived cold, and the bags were unsealed, which was disappointing. When I called, the employee who answered wasn’t much help and suggested I speak with Mike, the manager, who wasn’t available. I left my contact information for a callback, but overall, the experience was frustrating. Maybe their dine-in service is better, but I wouldn’t recommend them for delivery.

I’m giving two stars because we’ve ordered from them in the past and the food has been good. However, this order was absolutely horrible. For starters, we ordered through DoorDash and ordered a $10 “Brownie Sundae” which is advertised as a brownie with ice cream, whipped cream, walnuts and chocolate syrup. They only sent us a small square brownie, and it wasn’t even that good. I had vanilla ice cream at home thankfully. $10 for a small brownie square with no toppings. Also, we ordered a bananas foster cheesecake and they sent the cheesecake without any sauce, no whipped cream on top, and completely missing the top layer of cake. Another $10. Lastly, they sent the French onion soup uncooked in a styrofoam cup! Completely uncooked with unmelted cheese on top. We literally opened it and cackled (we did appreciate the laugh), but for the money we paid, these items were really disappointing. After they had a great health inspection my mom and I were very excited to order in from here. But after this we’ve decided we’re not going to eat from this place again. And we’re disappointed about this!!! DoorDash only gave us $6 back as a credit, which we don’t find to be fair. (The soup is not getting eaten and you’ll see why in the attached photo, and that alone cost more than the $6) And we no longer recommend the French onion soup (which she’s ordered many times in the past and loved. It’s NEVER looked like this before.)

Ever since new management has taken over this place has lost all the things I loved about it. The food has not been tasting the same or fresh for that matter. I’ve had my Nashville chicken sandwich which used to be my favorite come out cold. The servers other than 2 are not attentive and I’m always missing things from my order or having to cover for refills. They need to ask the prevoiisw management for help to make this restaurant amazing again

Visiting from NYC and I wanted to enjoy this experience but it ultimately ended up being a dud. We contemplated getting up after getting sat for a party of 7 three different times. The first issue is that they set us up on the main sidewalk even after we suggested they place us on the lower sidewalk. That whole process requires so much input and guidance from us that it frustrated us to start and then they left a couple of members on the ledge of the sidewalk so they could’ve fallen back. The 2nd part was the pictures lights that they couldn’t turn on so we could actually see each other better. Despite 2 requests that they do that ultimately ended in “we don’t know how.” Cool. We moved on from that and then we were joined by a bunch of smokers including and an employee smoking cigarettes upwind from us. Patron should be asked to smoke away from areas where food is being served. And then I hoped the food was going to be the saving grace and it absolutely wasn’t. The steak I got was so tough and the sweet potato fries cold. Honestly wish I could get a refund for the night- not so much money but more so of the time and experience we wasted there. You win some, you lose some.

I ordered an old fashion from here last 3 visits. Today August 3rd 2024 at 11:00pm i had these worse old fashion!!
I threw the drink out on the side walk. It tasted horrible worst I never had

Are you looking for a bar in Avalon Park that has great food and an awesome atmosphere? Then check this place out because it has all of the above and then some. New ownership as well and they have some big plans. Brunch has unlimited mimosas or bloody marys.

This place use to be awesome. Service is doing the best they can as the are severely understaffed. You order meals, they come missing several items because the kitchen is out. Portions have completely changed. Quality of food has completely changed and the place is just run down.. so sad to be very good awful for their best with what they’re working with! Tip your severs this is not their fault!! Management/Ownership DO BETTER!

Really good Patty melt here. Would like the onions to be a little carmelized rather than just translucent but still delicious. I’ll go out of my way to drive out to East Side for a patty melt ?

We tried this on a Sunday afternoon. The place was empty at noon, which should have been a sign. Despite this, the food took >1hour to arrive. One member of our party didn’t even get her eggs AT ALL. Service was terrible, simple dishes were over-salted. Will not return.
