Café is great, food is great, service not really. There were 3 girls doing coffee and they just talked and talked, then a guy (who probably also works there) came and started talking with them too. When the customers want to order something, they start talking with customers and it just makes the process slow. I understand that they want to make a cosy environment, but please, I just want my coffee. Once again, the place overall is great

had high hopes for this coffee shop—it’s cozy, cute, and I’d been eager to try it. Walking in, I was excited to see they serve Perc, one of my favorite roasters. Anytime I’m in Atlanta, I make it a point to stop for a cup, so I couldn’t wait to see how they brewed it here. And to be fair, the coffee didn’t disappoint; my latte was well-balanced and smooth.
That said, the atmosphere wasn’t quite what I was hoping for. A big part of why I visit cafés instead of just making coffee at home is for the sense of community, and unfortunately, that was missing. The staff didn’t feel particularly welcoming, and the service had a passive edge to it that made it hard to settle in and enjoy the space. It’s a shame because everything else—the aesthetics, the quality of the coffee—was there. I just wish the warmth extended beyond the cup.

Despite the food, drinks, and atmosphere being good, I’ve been unhappy with the lackluster service and consistently low level of friendliness from the staff for a while now. After visiting repeatedly, this issue far outweighs the positive aspects of the coffee shop. The staff always seem unhappy, and there's an ongoing sense of awkwardness—being looked at smugly and not even being greeted. On some occasions, I’ve seen them deliberately ignore customers, pretending not to notice people waiting at the counter with questions. Their demeanor is off-putting.
This afternoon, I went in, and it was clear that when they're busy, they do not know how to handle it adequately. We ordered two drinks, and while we received our orange blossom cold brew quickly, our strawberry rhubarb matcha latte was not served within a reasonable timeframe. Because of this, I went up to the counter. A barista—the shorter girl with brown hair—was walking behind me to get back behind the bar when she asked if I needed anything. When I kindly said I was waiting on my drink and mentioned what it was, she dismissively said, "We're still working on it," not realizing I had already been waiting about 10 to 15 minutes.
Then, after I stated my full order for reference, she told me that it had already been made. At that point, I had already seen it sitting behind the counter. She explained that since she didn’t know who it was for, she just left it there. So, by that logic, if they don’t know who a drink belongs to, their solution is to leave it behind the counter indefinitely until the customer inquires about it after an unreasonably long wait—rather than taking the initiative to figure it out. That is far from a professional approach. At the very least, she could have called out the drink and/or communicated with another staff member to ensure it was served to the right person. (Also, don’t even bother asking for “for here” cups, because if it’s busy enough, they don’t even have enough to accommodate the request. This has been a problem twice now.)
Secondly, when I paid for our order in cash, my change was supposed to be just one penny, but I didn’t receive it from the girl with dark hair and glasses who processed the payment. At the time, I chose not to say anything because of the overall unfriendly atmosphere—after all, it’s just a penny. But in retrospect, it really bothered me. I don’t care if my change is a penny or five dollars—it’s my right to receive it. The customer should decide whether to keep their change, no matter how small the amount. If $0.01 is worth it to them to keep, it’s worth it for me to get back too. More than the amount, it’s about the principle of doing what’s right.
But upon further reflection, until the owner, Tanner, decides to hire staff who genuinely care about making a lasting impression on both out-of-town visitors and locals—and until he himself becomes at least halfway friendly—one red cent is a fitting reflection of the tip I would leave, if I were to leave one. So, they can keep the penny as a representation of their one-cent service. Put a smile on, say hello, be welcoming, and stop treating your customers like disposable commodities just because you think you're the best due to the overglorified toasts, drinks, and atmosphere you offer. Running a good business isn’t just about what you offer; it’s about how you offer it and the attitude you consistently put forth. Because of these experiences, I won’t feel comfortable returning here.
The coffee is outstanding-some of the best in Orlando. Sometimes the staff seems low key annoyed that customers come in, so it would be nice to feel a little more welcomed. But I know that sometimes comes with the independent, hipster vibe. Nonetheless, it’s one of my favorite coffee shops to visit in town.

Great place for meet up for coffee, open seated area and a couple of benches outside. The blueberry coffee was unique, but the flavors were on point and the customer service was very helpful and explaining the seasonal drinks offered. The cinnamon toast reminded me of a childhood memory when I used to make it at home so it was actually pretty good. Bread, fresh, and crunchy and paired nicely with the cinnamon toast.
stopped by Easy Luck Coffee to try their Apple Spice Latte from the winter menu and to get some work done. While I usually go in the early morning, this time I went a bit later, and wow, what a difference in the crowd—it was super loud! Luckily, I had my headphones and was able to focus.
As for the latte, it was absolutely amazing. I added espresso, and it was perfectly balanced—not too sweet, with just the right amount of spice and richness.
Despite the noise, I’ll definitely be back. The coffee and vibe make it worth it, especially if I time it during quieter hours! Highly recommend the Apple Spice Latte while it’s still available.

The coffee is delicious but there is a serious WET DOG SMELL inside that shouldn't exist since the coffee is >$2.00.

The two at the Cashier Register were extremely rude!! They were not helpful. The guy was the most rude out of the two. It turned me off to everything at this location. We still held our meeting there, but their service needs to be better. Probably won’t ever go back, which in sure this location will be happy. They won’t have to give service!!!!

The cashier/barista was SO friendly and welcoming, and made sure I could use my Offline offer today with no issue. I ordered the Cinna-Toast and the Lil Pumpkin as a latte, and both were divine. I will definitely be back in the future, I love this place and never have a bad experience!
Parking: There are a handful of spots right by the building, but having been here before, I also know there’s plenty along the street, as well as in a few areas nearby that aren’t open during the day such as Southern Nights.

Please try harder. One person ordered an iced drink "for here" and was served in a plastic to-go container. Let's do our part to reduce plastic waste by paying attention and listening to the customer. I ordered an Americano and was served an Iced Americano (in a plastic cup). I asked the barista for a hot drink and she forgot, so I had to remind her five minutes later.
These things are obviously very minor, but serving the correct beverage in a "for here" cup is an incredibly easy task.

I have gone here three times to do homework now and I absolutely love it. It is always clean and cute in here. The employees are so nice and seem like they enjoy working here.
FOOD/DRINK - The matcha latte is my favorite right now, I also love their creative toast options. I've had the PB&J one and it was delicious, today I'm eating the cinnamon crunch one and I think I'll continue to get this one.
MUSIC - They seem to typically play pop country/folk music which is nice to study to. The music is a bit on the louder side so taking phone calls and meetings might not be ideal inside, but they do have outside seating if you need to step out.
Parking: The parking situation isn't great. Parking anywhere on that strip is bad because its a tough task trying to back out. The small parking lot near Easy Luck is nice but I've only gotten lucky once with an open spot. I probably come at a really busy time so if you come at an odd time parking should be easier to find.
