As a patron who has eaten at Eddie V’s Prime Seafood twice, I can assert that this restaurant represents the highest level of dining excellence through its perfect blend of superior service and remarkable culinary artistry.

As you enter the building, it becomes immediately evident that Eddie V’s has established exceptional standards. The host staff, bar team, and waitstaff function as a single, well-oiled orchestra that delivers flawless service to create dining experiences beyond your expectations.

I have particularly enjoyed seeing the bar personnel handle demanding situations during each visit. My wife tests the bar staff by asking them to create unique non-alcoholic cocktails since she does not consume alcoholic beverages. The staff at Eddie V’s accepted the mocktail challenge by designing artistic and well-balanced drinks, which completely satisfied her expectations. During my visit, I enjoyed one of the most exceptional Smoked Old Fashioneds in recent times by enjoying Rabbit Hole Dareringer Sherry Cask Bourbon—a rich, complex drink worth revisiting.

Eddie V’s establishment receives exceptional praise for its outstanding service quality. Our server, Isaac, presented the perfect example of excellent hospitality service. Isaac demonstrated perfect service by combining his professional manner with friendly charm, mastering the table's needs through his skilled approach to menu guidance.

And the food? Simply outstanding. The seafood tower presented itself as a frozen work of art that showcased fresh seafood pieces, which the staff arranged with an elegant tower of sauce accompaniments. The steaks arrived at our table precisely cooked to temperature while maintaining full flavor and perfect resting time. The South African lobster offered tender sweetness, yet the Chilean sea bass was the true highlight because of its buttery, delicate taste and ideal preparation.

The Bananas Foster Butter Cake is the only dessert you should select when visiting the establishment. The dessert flambéed at your table transforms into both an artistic show and a luxurious experience that will stay with you forever.

Eddie V’s Prime Seafood provides a refined dining experience that creates lasting memories and offers exceptional value for special occasions and ordinary nights. I will return for a third time because their excellence is a standard practice instead of a fortunate accident.

Food is always good great service,I've noticed u added extra seats at the bar,I had a VERY Uncomfortable experience,Especially when im have a dinner for myself that costs over 120$ And people are sitting right on top of me TOO CLOSE NO ROOM TO ENJOY!!

BEST EXPERIENCE HANDS DOWN! We’ve been here before but the service was TOP TIER from the first go around thanks to our amazing waitress Kate & the manager Kyle who presented our table with an amazing selection of calamari which was absolutely delicious might I add. They treated us with so much care and authentic quality. We couldn’t have asked for better service. I will definitely be coming back again and again because of them. Thank you for making both my husband’s birthday and our daughter’s birthday so special. 10/10

Excellent steak!

Wow! The service was amazing, the atmosphere was phenomenal (live entertainment was in the Lounge), & the food was to die for! The staff was for friendly and knowledgeable! Chantal was our waitress and she was very attentive and friendly!

Great steaks and a fantastic crab cake. Great menu and wine selection.

Our entire experience start to finish was impeccable. From arriving to leaving, we had zero complaints. Our serve Spencer and his team were spot on. They went above and beyond for us and had an entire section they were serving. We will be back!!! Thank you!!

On arrival we were asked if it was a special occasion. By the time we sat at the table there was a hand written congratulations card.

The food was delicious and Isaac was very knowledgeable and provided exceptional service tonight!

The food was absolutely amazing and we had a wonderful experience. The service was spot on and every item: yellowtail sashimi, crab cake, calamari, seared tuna, sea bass, crab fried rice, glazed Brussels sprouts were perfect. Can't wait for our next trip there. BEST seafood in Orlando!

I love this restaurant but this time we wait for so long to our table and the food took almost an hour to be delivered :((((

Excellent as always. Very nice evening for Anniversary celebration. CODY (our server) was amazing as always and Thomas is a GM extraordinair! He will be missed when he moves north. A very consistent meal and service that never disappoints.
