Incredible experience. Best sushi I've ever had! Baller Set is the way to go.
Delicious sushi! I got the baller set which was very good and nice to try once, but I’ll probably just order from the regular menu in the future.
It is standing room only and doesn’t feel crowded tho the place is quite small.
The only thing I really didn’t care for was the 1 hour slot, I feel like it could be 1.5 hours and that might be better because it felt a bit rushed at the end when getting the last pieces, soup, and s’mores. I felt like I had to scarf my s’mores down quickly to get out on time.
Overall, the place is great and I would come back again in the future!!

I am blown away. The sushi was incredible. Each piece was skillfully crafted right in front of you, and the attention to detail the chefs put into each roll is mind blowing.
Every single bite of food I had was better than anything else I have ever eaten before. I had no idea how elevated a simple piece of nigiri could be.
The food was absolutely exquisite, we both ended up maxing out our order limit at 12 pieces each.
The restaurant was small, simple, and very clean.
Pricing was ridiculously low given the amazing quality of the seafood and the high level of skill both chefs had.
I cannot wait to come back.
My only complain is that they sit in the back of a very spacious parking lot, yet no spots are reserved for their customers. We had to circle the streets for about 20 minutes before lucking into a spot. Everyone in their lot was parking for Tori Tori.
You only allow 7 guests in at a time, it seems reasonable to have 5-7 spots in a 50+ spot parking lot reserved for your guests.

There's a right way to experience sushi and a wrong way. Edoboy is the right way. The food was absolutely delicious and I have to give thanks to my brother, Jacque, for introducing me to it. Looking forward to going again in the future.

We had Alex as our server and he truly made the whole visit incredible. As a first-timer, he walked me through the menu and gave the best recommendations! Everything we had was amazing, literally every single thing!
But the Matcha S’more?! EXQUISITE. 😍

I studied the menu before I went, and wrote down what I ordered--here are the raw reactions:
Akami - figuratively butter melting in the mouth
Toro - holy shit, ^ again
Hamachi - holy shit, perfectly balanced
Shima Aji - my God, the slightest aburi char pops off
Hokkaido Uni - this is WILDLY different and delectable holy crap
Aburi Aka Ebi - Unbelievable
Aburi Hotate-kewpie - mayo very balanced, delicious
Aburi Akami Kabayaki - contender for #1
Hotate w/ Uni - PLAYFUL AF WOW so good
Sake Ikura (hand roll) - verrry tasty
Blue Crab (hand roll) - comes at you in waves of flavor, so freaking good
Unagi (hand roll) - might be the best eel I've had wow
+Miso - just damn good
+Dessert - YUP
Incredible experience. Chef Alex was a joy to be served by, and the wait staff were attentive and wonderful. Worth the hoops to jump through and indulge in a meal here.

The food and concept are great but the value is not. If their prices were 10-20% lower I think this is a place I could back to a few times a year. Their prices are close to Michelin 1 Star sushi places ($220 for sushi for 2 with 1 small can of sake each).
Single pieces of sushi range from $5-15 for hand rolls.
