They should really consider buying a vacuum cleaner. It’s not the employee‘s fault but he’s sweeping all the dust and dirt right by the register where you order your food I got grossed out multimillion dollar business they can’t buy a vacuum cleaner 1985

Came here today, (11/06) around ~20 mins before close; I always want to come here, but I get off of work afterwards so I never make it on time. Finally I could go today! I just get my usual asiago bagel with onion chive cream cheese. I only ordered one, and got three! I'm assuming that at the end of the day you throw out the bagels that you haven't sold, so they just gave them to me. I hope this doesn't get them in trouble, because it genuinely made my day. I work in food service so I know what it's like, I honestly felt bad coming so close to closing, but I am truly grateful for it. It seems like a small thing but it really did make my day better, and I wanted to thank the employees but realized too late after I had already left. Thank you! I love coming here.

Wednesday October 9th Orlando, Orange County, Florida was under a hurricane warning for Hurricane Milton and while other major retailers that did sell essential items for emergencies like this were closed until the foreseeable future, this location which only sells breakfast sandwiches and coffee was open like it was any other normal day. Are the higher ups not aware of the situation the city is going through? Shame on this company for putting their profits and lining their pockets over the security and well-being of its employees. Absolutely disgusting!
This is actually my FAVORITE place and guilty pleasure. I was looking forward to going there and enjoying the food. I came in excited and stood in line, I was also the ONLY person in line. Then a lady walked in, and one of the cashiers immediately attended to her while I was still standing there in line. I walked out of the store, went to my car, went back in the store to ask if they saw me standing there. They did, they also saw me being passed over. Needless to say, I won't be coming back. Or maybe just not to that location on Orange Avenue.

I love Einsteins!!!!!!! Now that that's out of the way, they are fast easy to order from and the food tastes great. Prices could be more affordable but overall the food is so good it's a minor complaint that I know the store has little control over. Thanks for the good breakfasts guys!!

In recent years this place has gone the drain, between the lack of customer service and the quality of food. Why is it breakfast food is lukewarm warm at best ? It’s never hot. And the ladies are either over worked or just miserable.
