This location is not able to have pumpernicle bagels most of the time. They maybe make 6-12 for the day and at 7:15 today they only had 4. How can a bagel store run out all the time before 9:30 am. The winter park location is much better but can only get there on weekends. Colonial location needs new management.

Love the garden avocado on green chile bagel. My all time favorite.. just wish they would ask if u want 1 or 2 eggs. If u forget they automatically give u and charge u for 2.

Will never go here again! Worst bagels ever! I ordered an everything bagel toasted with cream cheese and bacon. I received just a toasted bagel with bacon. I had to drive back they redid the order and the everything bagel just had sesame seeds on it and the bacon is not real bacon it’s microwaved bacon! What a scam! Do not waste your time or money going here

I ordered the country gravy sandwich, it was pretty tasty. Customer service could have been better, I was not greeted upon arrival.

I tried to give it a chance ,went several times thinking maybe they had an off day, and the place always seems to be busy, but it is consistently subpar. The bagels are always under toasted and don’t taste fresh, the coffee tastes watered down. It’s just not satisfying.
