I just stopped for a quick breakfast, and I wasn't disappointed! I loved my bagel; I had a perfect Nova Lox bagel! The right amount of cream cheese and salmon! I can't wait to return and try other ones!

Petra took my order, then a few minutes later called a name that I thought was mine, I asked her if it's it and she just handed me the order. I checked the bag and it wasn't mine. I told her this, then she loudly reprimanded me multiple times mocking me for not hearing the right name."Why would you take the wrong order!?""Next time you should LISTEN for your name""LISTEN!" and she kept shaking her head at me. I told her I didn't touch the food and I said nothing else since I felt bad and embarrassed about it and I didn't want to cause more of a problem.However, she was the one who had taken my order a minute prior, she ought to have noticed it wasn't my order when she handed it to me regardless of my hearing problem. The onus is on the employee to make sure the right order goes out and then handle things respectfully and professionally while making things right in case of a mistake. This is clearly not what happened and her behavior is absolutely not how you treat customers nor how to handle a mistake.I won't be returning.

born and raised in Chicago. I've come across a lot of different bagel shops in my area. I've been down Here in Florida. There's not too many bagel shops. So when I've seen Ernest bros bagels I had to stop in and I was Surprised Customer service is great. Food is excellent atmospheres extremely late back. If you're looking for good bagels. At a good price. I would earnestly suggest coming here to einstine bros bagels.the bagels are soft and well made if you are I. The area please stop In and give them a shot you will not regret it.....

Inez the cashier did a great job. She was the only one on register. Proud of her for staying polite and in good spirits even after the gentleman coworker, tall and blonde, wasn't being quite nice. He kept calling things out to her but was coming off as a jerk and other customers in the line also noticed.

Came across a review by Daniel Rios giving them 1 star because he was expecting the crew to cut his bagels before other orders.I thought maybe I respond to the review since the management team have restrictions on how they respond!For the part you were expecting them to cut your bagels before they serve the tickets for people in front of you, I have to say crying Daniel, you are so lucky I wasn’t in the place. If I had seen someone cut your bagels in front of my orders I would have been pissed and not letting it happen.For the part you cry about why cashier doesn’t go cut bagel and they have poor management, I can see you have probably never been a manager or owned a business :)They have a decent and easy to follow system there for client and employees so it doesn’t seem to me they Igor have managerial issues. As far as food, they always serve decent and consistent quality which is another sign of having a good management system.And this is the photo to show you I’mActually a real customerStop crying
