My 1at time ever here it was cool empty which i like . I was shopping across the street and I was like let me stop by.

Pretty strange experience. I was waiting at the counter for a while when a lady said i had to go to the drive thru terminal to order. She took my order and i got a sandwich and a half dozen bagels and a coffee. She got me my bagels and they were incorrect even though i was right in front of her when i ordered them, she asked if i wanted crème cheese i said yes and then she proceeded to put no crème cheese on my order. I had to correct the bagels and she was pretty frustrated that i wanted what i had actually ordered. All the food came out and I was still waiting on the drink. Another lady (I assume the manager) had to make it for me and it was again incorrect but I just wanted to leave at this point. Not how I thought my $30 was going to be spent…maybe i’ll try Jeff’s Bagel Run next…
This Einstein Bros is incredible generous and has incredible customer service. They have always been willing to support our teachers and generosity donate bagels for our TAW. Their employees are always so helpful and kind. Those are hard qualities to find today so I greatly appreciate it. Thank you for all that you do!

First time visiting Einstein. I had to try their country bagels & gravy egg sandwich… Loved it. It looks very messy in the pic because of the way that I pulled the sandwich out. That aside, it was delicious! I was also very impressed by the excellent customer service that I received as they took the time to greet me by name and made sure that everything was to my liking. I will definitely be back!
