Absolutely the best Einstein around. The staff is almost always nice as can be and food comes out fast. I am the kind of person that puts half a block of cream cheese on my bagel because I can never have enough, but I never have to ask for extra here. They put plenty on. Exactly the way I like it. We come here regularly and always will.

Imagine always being slow never being able to handle any volume. 7 mins to take one customer huge line 3-4 ppl working one person taking orders one person making food and the others walking around. Now wasted 7 mins, can’t get food bc I’ll be late for work, mobile app took my order twice paid twice twice rejected.

For the most part, this is a good location . I started coming here instead of Starbucks and Dunkin about three months ago . if you go early on a Saturday and Sunday prepared to wait a very long time, if they are busy I’ve waited up to 30 minutes for my mobile pre-order. the weekdays seem less busy and the services is quick and pretty awesome. most of the time the staff is very nice and friendly, but every now and then, you get that one that’s not. I mostly go through the drive-through and again mostly very friendly workers. When I bring my dog, they always give him either a doggy bagel or pupCream .The food has always been really good and the cold brew is better than Dunkin’s. I would recommend this place. If you see a lot of of people be prepared to wait long time.

High expectations for horrible customer service not welcoming staff not even a good morning or hi just “your order will be take on that side” besides that coffee is terrible I order a cappuccino no taste at all is just hot milk with spray of coffee taste bagel burned on the side with spread of avocado when I request AVOCADO on it at least I was expecting at least an slice of avocado the lady that was giving me my coffee saw me with my hands full and she just want to give me the coffee’s on my hand so I did have to ask for cup holder because she wasn’t attentive enough to realize that I need one knowing that I was taking my order to go!! This place and location is a HUGE NO don’t spend your money on this place if you want to be treated like you’re asking for charity!
The owner of this location should be ashamed of himself, the place is dirty. Bathroom needs deep cleaning. The entire floor is sticky, bagel cabinet is dirty. The back splash of cooking area is greasy. Tuesday morning, one cook two cashier's and one tall guy that walks around shaking his head with no care at all. Mr owner you need to come get this place cleaned by professionals.

It took forever to get through the drive three when…there was only two cars ahead of me and I was worried about getting to work but decided to loop around and see if maybe I was just being too quick to judge. That time around there was only one car ahead of me and it took what felt even longer. They also did not confirm my order when I got up to the window and I was concerned that they got it wrong for a second. I usually try to be understand since I used to be in food service myself but this was just a really bad experience. I’ll definitely try to walk in next time because the reviews don’t seem too bad here but will absolutely be cautious.

I went through the drive thru and ordered 6 bagels. Took them 3 times to understand that complicated order. Then waited more than 5 minutes to get the bagels and saw the order was wrong when I got home. Horrible service and couldn't get the simplest order right. I don't know how this place even stays open. Thankfully, a real bagel shop is opening across the street soon.
