Pretty strange experience. I was waiting at the counter for a while when a lady said i had to go to the drive thru terminal to order. She took my order and i got a sandwich and a half dozen bagels and a coffee. She got me my bagels and they were incorrect even though i was right in front of her when i ordered them, she asked if i wanted crème cheese i said yes and then she proceeded to put no crème cheese on my order. I had to correct the bagels and she was pretty frustrated that i wanted what i had actually ordered. All the food came out and I was still waiting on the drink. Another lady (I assume the manager) had to make it for me and it was again incorrect but I just wanted to leave at this point. Not how I thought my $30 was going to be spent…maybe i’ll try Jeff’s Bagel Run next…
Why did it take 18 minutes to get 2 bagels and a hash brown with one other person waiting for food? Ridiculous.
