Einstein Bros. Bagels

I had the midnighter and it definetly isnt worth 7.89 a sandwhich was not what i expected and the orange juice was watered down for 3.89 i couldve went and got some Tropicana 🙄 i thought it a was freshly made oj and it tasted like Mcds mediocre I came I saw and I got disappointed! And wont be going back definitly overrated!

Ordered lox and bagel. One small piece of salmon, no tomato’s. Asked for more salmon. Was told I’d have to order a second meal. Ain’t been back since.

Extremely slow service. Order through the UCF mobile order app if you can. Coffee was great, food was ok. Vegetables in my bagel sandwich were old and stale, turkey was clumped together but the bagel was good. Had a weird burnt taste to it however that could be due to the bagel toaster almost catching on fire as I was placing my order. Coffee bar should really be free if were paying $8 for a sandwich, and I'm sure us business students would love that.

Very slow. They no longer sell half of their bagels in the dozen or half-dozen amounts, giving them the label "premium". Awful service with a bad attitude. And they offered very little help with the electronic ordering device, without giving us the option to order face-to-face. Ironic that this is located in the college of business at UCF, it's the opposite of how you would want to run a business.

Go to any of the on-campus coffee shops instead, they have far better breakfast options and significantly better coffee.

Worst wait staff ever. Extremely rude. Messed up my order waited 40 minutes just for them to serve everyone else but me and then they tell me they are out of what I ordered 40MINUTES AGO. There are 2 Einstein bagels on campus whatever you do don’t go to this one

They don't really pay attention to the line and how long it is. So there's just one kiosk that people are waiting for. Service is also slow.

Waited 30 min for a cold bagel sandwich that was supposed to be hot. Bagel was dry and cheese wasn't even melted. There was no one in line so not really sure what happened but I'm never going back.

All I have to say about the service. Amazing. Period. No ifs ands or buts. My cashier Anna (idk her last name but she is white with blonde hair) was sooo helpful and efficient. She made my experience seamless. Food was meh tho.

Amazing that they have this option right in the BA building. Helps a lot and good to help get through the day here. And they toast the bagels!

Got a iced coffee the other day and tried to get a bagel with cream cheese why the heck is a bagel with cream cheese 4.79 meanwhile on their menu it’ll say 2.79 that is ridiculous for a bagel with spread being almost 5 like I’m just gonna go home and make my own at that

Service is always slow and it seems like employees aren't being managed properly. I have never seen anyone take so long to make a cold brew coffee. Employees should definitely be retrained in order to improve productivity and order accuracy. Otherwise, food is good for the most part, they just lack a sense of urgency.

Poor service, kind of dirty, very loud environment, and gave me a cold UNtoasted bagel smeared with lukewarm butter. Not the toasted bagel I'd asked for. Worst Einstein bagel experience. Wish I had read the other reviews before coming here because it looks to be an ongoing problem, but I doubt they'll try to improve because they have a captive "audience." This was at the Business Admin II building location.

High prices, bad food and now you have added rude service.....congratulations, that is the holy trinity of fail!

The food is really good, and the service is quick. The workers have always been polite and nice even if the order wasn't made correctly. They would correct their mistake quickly and would remain polite without hesitation. Very consistent quality in service and food.

Great place to dine or hang out on campus! I usually get an asiago bagel with onion and chive shmear, and a caramel cream cold brew.
