Man they took an hour to get me my plain bagel I missed my class man.

I waited over thirty minutes for a bagel. I’m not sure if it’s the equipment, or the training, but this location has the slowest service I’ve ever seen. It’s frankly ridiculous.

I can’t believe I just paid $4.25 on a fruity lemonade that’s 90% ice.

Great service and friendly staff. Food was awesome.

I’ve gone so many times and they have NEVER gotten my order right. How do you forget the EGG on a bacon & egg sandwich ?? It’s literally 3 ingredients

Don’t go here if your time is limited. I waited 20+ minutes for a bagel and then it was incomplete and I had to wait for them to come back with the ingredient they thought they didn’t have.
Set aside time to wait, keep your receipt, and check your food before you walk out

Hilariously unprofessional, feckless, apathetic, and oblivious. Get a receipt, you’re going to need it because they’ll lose your order and argue with you over whether or not you placed one. They cancel mobile orders with no way to notify you, then make the refund as difficult as possible.

The coffee is ok.

Slow service, I almost waited 30 minutes for a sandwich. I had to abandon it so I could get to class on time. Don’t go here for something quick

I had the midnighter and it definetly isnt worth 7.89 a sandwhich was not what i expected and the orange juice was watered down for 3.89 i couldve went and got some Tropicana 🙄 i thought it a was freshly made oj and it tasted like Mcds mediocre I came I saw and I got disappointed! And wont be going back definitly overrated!

Ordered lox and bagel. One small piece of salmon, no tomato’s. Asked for more salmon. Was told I’d have to order a second meal. Ain’t been back since.

Extremely slow service. Order through the UCF mobile order app if you can. Coffee was great, food was ok. Vegetables in my bagel sandwich were old and stale, turkey was clumped together but the bagel was good. Had a weird burnt taste to it however that could be due to the bagel toaster almost catching on fire as I was placing my order. Coffee bar should really be free if were paying $8 for a sandwich, and I'm sure us business students would love that.

Very slow. They no longer sell half of their bagels in the dozen or half-dozen amounts, giving them the label "premium". Awful service with a bad attitude. And they offered very little help with the electronic ordering device, without giving us the option to order face-to-face. Ironic that this is located in the college of business at UCF, it's the opposite of how you would want to run a business.

Go to any of the on-campus coffee shops instead, they have far better breakfast options and significantly better coffee.

Worst wait staff ever. Extremely rude. Messed up my order waited 40 minutes just for them to serve everyone else but me and then they tell me they are out of what I ordered 40MINUTES AGO. There are 2 Einstein bagels on campus whatever you do don’t go to this one
