La peor experiencia que he tenido en cualquier lugar, cuando llegué al lugar siquiera fuimos atendidos, la mesera se tardó todo lo que quiso y después se limitó a dar excusas, después que trajeron nuestra comida ya no vinieron más a nuestra mesa, literalmente, yo tuve que ir y pagar en la registradora, un servicio deprimente. No lo recomiendo para nada.

If you have a big group , per the staff, they could only split 4 checks.Service was poor, and the appetizer ordered we're never provided. And when its time to leave, they surprise we all got was they we're charging us the appetizers that we never receive. When i / we since several checks were incorrect, I tried to correct our checks. The only thing the waiter had to say was that someone had to pay for it because she couldn't correct it. Appetizers were never delivered.We asked to speak to the manager, but he was not helpful at all either. Not once did he come to the table either way it was requested.She was to correct our bill but was still charged for items not served. 4 days later, I still have not received reimbursement.Please review your checks they add items without your consent.Music was playing , plus live music

Staff member used restroom and didn’t wash hands went straight back into kitchen, that was enough for me to leave. They also had a very odd toilet paper chart on the door where staff would put how many sheets of toilet paper they used, that was also a little disturbing..

And visiting the Semoran restaurant twice and we liked how two of the dishes looked and my daughter ordered a Mofongo stuffed with churrasco and the churrasco couldn't even be seen in the Mofongo it had a yellow sauce that my daughter didn't like He didn't even touch it, I told the employee and she didn't ignore it, just like my son's plate. We asked for fried meat. The fried meat was tough. He didn't eat it either. I complained to the waitress and she said she couldn't do anything and She charged me however she wanted, I got upset, I asked for the receipt and I paid and the receipt she included her tip, which I understand was that she didn't deserve it and that didn't bother me. At the restaurant in the countryside, I'm waiting for the Oldtown one to open so I can try it. In the meantime I give it two stars

I ordered the Chuleta kan kan but it tasted old. It was a huge disappointment after seeing all the good reviews that they have. Me and my wife made the long trip from Tampa and we was not satisfied with the food. The atmosphere and service was excellent but I ended paying alot of money for bad food. ?
