My favorite restaurant. However, they haven't had soap in the men's restroom for almost a year now. I've mentioned it to your staff multiple times. It is not a coincidence. There have been times which I ate here once or twice a week for over a month. I come here alot. Thats really disgusting. Im sure you have soap in the kitchen, but thats just wrong

It’s disappointing that several times they don’t properly fulfill their uber eats orders. Instead of replacing an item that may be out of stock and informing the customer, they just don’t give it to you at all. If I ordered a bundle that includes a soda you’re supposed to fulfill it that way because that’s an item that I’m paying for. On top of that, i called the store several times and no answer.

El Importado in Haines City is one of those places—where you know full well nothing on that menu is remotely healthy, but you just don’t care. And honestly? You shouldn’t. The food here is really, really good. Like, “I shouldn’t be eating this, but I’m gonna finish it anyway” good.

Whether you’re craving a massive burger stacked with chicken, ham, bacon, and all your regrets, or some killer empanadas, this spot delivers. It’s perfect for a quick lunch or a laid-back dinner when you’re not in the mood to cook and you want something delicious now.

Pro tip: Try to go after 8:30 PM if you can. This place gets busy—and not just “line out the door” busy, but “smoky inside because the grill’s working overtime” busy. Your clothes might smell like the food you just ate, but honestly, worse things could happen.

Now, the only reason I’m not giving this five stars: the prices. Listen… I get it, times are tough, but $21.50 for a chicken, ham, and bacon burger in Haines City? For that price, I should get fries, a drink, and maybe a shoulder massage while I wait. It’s borderline disrespectful to my wallet.

That said, you’ll still catch me here from time to time because, again—the food slaps. Just bring your appetite and maybe a small loan.

Mi experiencia en El Importado Orlando realmente se siente el sabor venezolano... El Importado es una joya escondida. Pedí las empanadas y estaban crujientes, con buen relleno y ese sabor que te hace pensar en casa. También probé un patacón y parrilla y de verdad estaba increíble, bien servido y con todo lo que tiene que llevar. El menú es súper completo: arepas, hamburguesas, parrillas, empanadas... ¡y todo con precios buenísimos! Además, tienen combos de lunch entre semana de $9.99 que están perfectos si estás trabajando o solo quieres comer bien y rápido. La atención fue súper amable, el sitio está limpio, y el ambiente tiene ese toque latino que me encantó. Sin duda volvería. Recomendado 100%. Muchas gracias por la invitación 🫶🏻

Today I ordered a cachapa and you can see how they have lowered the quality of everything, the published price was not the one they charged me, the cachapa tasted like another food but they washed the griddle, the flavor was super ugly, the cheese was minimal, nothing to do with it. as they were. Apart from the dirty place with a sewage smell from the moment you enter and the super bad attention, which is always the case, as if lazy. I won't buy there again
