We are traveling from out of state and decided to try this Peruvian restaurant, as native Peruvians ourselves. The food is similar but not as authentic as i thought it could be but can easily be improved. The lomo saltado had an overwhelming amount of ginger in it and lost the taste of a true saltado with that flavor. The picarones flavor was there but the dough was very dense and could be more airy but crunchy exterior. The chupe de camarones is a bit on the sweeter side. The ceviche and aguadito however, were excellent!!! I would like to acknowledge outstanding service from our waitress Mariana, who was attentive to all of our needs the entire time! The service here is 100000/10 and will be returning just for that !
