We are traveling from out of state and decided to try this Peruvian restaurant, as native Peruvians ourselves. The food is similar but not as authentic as i thought it could be but can easily be improved. The lomo saltado had an overwhelming amount of ginger in it and lost the taste of a true saltado with that flavor. Had a lovely dinner at El Inka Grille with my family. It really was a lot of food with ceviche and seafood dishes served by our lovely Nicole. It was my third time at this location and it hasn’t disappointed.
I stopped by to visit El Inka Grill for the first time. Our server was Lissette. I ordered the Lomo Saltado and a Pisco Sour. The food was amazing and the service was top notch. The atmosphere inside the restaurant felt authentic and welcoming. Every last detail down to the music playing made the experience enjoyable.
