El Palacio Buffet

Do not eat here!!! First off, there were bugs crawling around the walls next to the table we were sat at which is absolutely disgusting. The restaurant overall was not clean, the plates were dirty, and the trays the food was being served out of were also dirty. The food itself was not good and tasted old. Nothing was hot either, everything I got was cold or barely warm. There also were not clear labels on anything which made it confusing when trying to understand what everything was. Eating here is a waste of your money and I strongly advise you avoid this place.

I’m surprised the health department didn’t close this restaurant!!! There were Bugs and awful food with no clear labels on the food, my wife and my son didn’t eat when they saw bugs 🐜 on the table too

This place is filthy. The restroom was disgusting, and there were roaches on the table. The food was bad, and nothing was labeled, so you don’t even know what you’re eating. Communication was nearly impossible because no one spoke English. Being a Spanish restaurant is not an excuse—customers still need to be able to communicate.

The food was false advertised, tasted cheap and NOT worth ~$60 for 3 people 😑 wasn’t satisfied at all and do not recommend. Drinks weren’t filled throughout the time we were dining, even with few people there.

on the website it says it was 10 dollars per person on fridays and mondays and then charged us with 20 dollars per person. after that the fries nuggets was cold. the food didn’t taste that good. false advertising. did not fill up my drink at all and charged us with drinks that we did not ask for!! save ur money and time and do not come here! i will not reccomend this place sucks!!

Ive come here before and boom I'm not gonna lie but now everthing is cold and some of the meats taste like nothing or fish when its chicken. I dont know what changed but this place isnt it anymore I cant see myself coming back anymore

Very very bad quality of food. More than 50% are staying too long and look like they from yesterday. Cannot recommend.

All the food looked very poor quality and it seemed like it had been a long time, it had a very strange taste, the worst buffet I have ever tasted in Orlando but the staff was very friendly all along.

Restroom dirty. Lot of options of Food but greasy, too fried, bad taste. Poor selection of desserts and not a good taste either. Dirty utensilies. Tables in bad shape. This is a cheapy place and too expensive, almost $17 per person, without beverage. Avoid this place, I got sick with their bad processed food. One star and that is too much.
