BEWARE 2 drink MAX!!! After that you do WATER!!!! Water is fine but not after you pay for beverages, after you pay for Buffett meal! We travel a lot and this is a first!!! Won’t be back!! We were told that is how they do it in South Korea, but this is not South Korea!!

Really diverse buffet, they offer classic Latin dishes, as well as surprising ones like Mondongo, Goat, empanadas, a couple of different rice/ noodle options. They also offer the standard Chinese buffet in some of their dishes like beef and broccoli, and lo mein options to name a couple.

The service honestly wasn’t the greatest, but everyone was really nice, and the place was extremely busy. Maybe have more hands on staff to refill drinks, and collect dishes 🤷‍♂️.

You pay when you walk in, and they ask for tip as well, so bring cash if that’s not something you want to do up front.

I still think the food was amazing, everything I had was really fresh, and I definitely over ate lol.

Would return for sure.

This place is disgusting. So many roaches everywhere from the tables to the buffet.I feel like I was ripped off. I decided I wanted to take my 10-year-old to with me. It was $19.99 for me and $19.99 for her. all the food was subpar, and not a good quality you could tell food was left out or saved, and stored for a few days. Some of the food was burnt that you could taste the burnt flavor and a lot of the dishes, though they were supposed to be hot dishes were cold to top it off
I found a cockroaches crawling on the table and buffet. After I ate my fist plate which was burnt I saw the roaches I complained and the lady at the counter denied that she had roaches untilll I showed her the pics Then she had the nerve to say that that wasn’t her restaurant so she looked a little closer at the bar with the roach climbing on it. She then said she wouldn’t give me a refund and I could leave if I don’t like it. I would never go back. They’re not worth one red cent. They have bad customer service Nasty. This place is filthy. It needs to be shut down.

It was half and half the Mac and cheese was watery and oily which was confusing. But there was some good latin dishes, Chinese was meh it wasn't what I thought it was, the concept was awesome the execution was meh.

This place is overrated, I have no idea how they got 4 stars. There is no AC in half the restaurant, no labels on the food so you really don’t know what you’re grabbing, I asked an employee for a bowl for the soups… told me to give her one second, I look back and she’s sitting at a table on her cellphone talking and laughing. The food was not all that, they do have a lot to pick from, but for $27.00 I know I could have gone somewhere so much better. I recommend to try it, but I wouldn’t think twice to go back.

If you’re just looking to fill your stomach and not your soul, this might be your place.

This restaurant caters to those with huge appetites and very low expectations when it comes to flavor, quality, or seasoning. Portions are generous only because it’s a all you can eat buffet, but unfortunately, that’s where the positives end.

The building interior itself is in visible decay, and the air conditioning is a joke, unless you’re in on the secret. Apparently, only one side of the restaurant has working A/C, and seating in that area seems to be reserved for those who know to ask. Otherwise, expect to sweat through your meal while wondering what decade the décor last saw an update.

If you’re after quantity over quality, and don’t mind a little heat and neglect, this place might do. Otherwise, keep driving.

It was good buffet, most of the food are sooo good and I love the cookies and donuts they had. Satisfied!

At El Palacio Buffet you receive more value per dollar than most buffets. The assortment of dishes varies from Latin, to Asian, Southern food, and traditional American. There's almost something for everybody. The variety of fresh seafoods is very good. The desert bar has large selection of sweets. There's plenty of family seating, and a small bar. The staff are friendly and attentive. The facilities are clean and the parking is easy. If you're hungry or have a large group to satisfy, then bring the entire gang on down to El Palacio Buffet and enjoy buffet.
