I can’t say enough amazing things about this gem! The staff is absolutely fabulous! We got to the resort on Sunday and found them! We ordered the most delicious sundae! We came back every night for more! They had the sweetest girl working there, she was there every night! We will miss the resort but we will miss coming here every night more! Thank you!!!! Oh and the brownies are the bestest!

Lovely place with great service, especially from the amazing Estefania. She’s 100% service-oriented—she truly cares about you as a client and goes above and beyond to take care of you. She’s incredibly sweet, kind, and generous—a true asset to this business.

The one downside is that it’s quite pricey, but since it’s a touristy area, I guess that’s to be expected.

Screaming deal in the land of "overcharge". $26 for a good 16" pie, served quick with a smile. What more could you ask for in a resort?

Easily the best value dessert Sundaes you can buy!

An update, stopped in for breakfast this morning after a horrendous experience in the Kitchen. Girls were so friendly and excellent, a fantastic smoothie.

Further update, an excellent option for a take out pizza!

See you tomorrow!

Clean establishment! The night-time crew is the best! The staff is very friendly, and the pizza is always fresh and hot! Prices are fair considering your staying at a resort. It's a little busy about an hour after the parks close, but they stay open til midnight. We stay 2 weeks at a time and definitely hit this place at night when we don't want to go far for food! Highly recommend.

The hard working guys behind the counter cranked out a flawless Italian panini late at night; I couldn't be happier. However, a single small banana will also set you back three bucks.

This place is a treasure at the Hard Rock, incredibly fairly priced for the location, convenience, and great service. Amy was super friendly and made sure my family had everything they needed!

Sandwiches insanely overpriced for what they were. We ordered the grilled cheese which is $10 + tax (and you cannot apply the Universal Annual Pass discount). When it arrived 10 minutes later, it was literally 2 slices of bread with 2 slices of pre-packaged cheese inside. Totally overpriced and a real disappointment. Also this tiny rip off was served in a massive plastic box which is against one of Hard Rock's mottos 'save the planet'. As a vegetarian customer, we felt like we were being disrespected. We will definitely avoid this place in future.

"Legendary" Boston ice cream place. I've lived in Boston over 40 years and never heard of them. Only 4 flavors offered and they were out of chocolate. Expensive to boot.

A decent place to grab some snacks and dessert while at the Hard Rock hotel. Located on the 1st floor it has a few different areas where you can grab donuts, drinks, candies, and an area for mixed drinks and ice cream.Wished there were a few more varieties of ice cream but what was there tasted good. The scoops are absolutely massive, so be prepared for a vast amount of food if you order a two scoop sundae. Quite convenient if you're staying at the Hard Rock Hotel.

However, it wasn't bad food. We didn't get anything we didn't like here. It was decent to be hotel site quick grab and go type of stuff, even if they were pretty limited with what they had. Pizza, sub, chicken strips (chips, donuts, soft drinks). I expect to pay more at places like this when I go on vacation but it honestly felt like highway robbery with how much they charged. It wasn't that the charged more, but how much more. We were grateful for the option at least, and as far as options go, this wasn't a bad little place.
