The moment my girlfriend and I entered the restaurant, we weren’t greeted and told to “sit at any table” but yet, no “hi! How are you!” Or any form of proper greeting. We sat at a table for five minutes without any waiter coming up to us or even offering waters. We left and went next door to The Stubborn Mule and complete opposite vibes! Immediately greeted, sat at the bar, and were given waters instantly! Please go to The Stubborn Mule instead!

First time at Eola Lounge
I came based on a recommendation for the wings. Honestly, I won’t be returning for the service.
Our server, Tam O, took our order and disappeared. I ordered truffle fries but received regular ones. When I politely questioned it, Tam O argued with me instead of resolving the issue. My guest ended up asking for a manager.
Thankfully, William (the manager) came over, apologized, and offered us drinks to make up for the experience — which I appreciated.
What stood out most was that the event host showed us more hospitality than our server. As someone who doesn’t go out often, this was disappointing and discouraging.
That said, I understand everyone has off days. I might give the First Friday events another try, but I hope for a much better experience next time.

I’m a regular at Eola Lounge, and usually the service is great, but my recent visit was disappointing. My server, Tam O, unfortunately was not very attentive — she only came to our table twice the entire time we were there, and I had to ask another server from a different table for help multiple times. Eventually, I requested to speak with the manager, William, who was excellent. He was very understanding, professional, and kind. He even removed some items from my bill, which I truly appreciated, though it wasn’t about the money — I just don’t think customers should have to pay for poor service. Big thanks to William for turning around what could have been a very negative experience. I hope service improves because I really enjoy coming here as a regular

Food was ok. It was just 2 of us dining and they don't tell you in advance that they add gratuity automatically and that there is a credit card fee as well. They bring the card reader for payment instead of paper bill so you couldn't even tell when paying. We probably won't be going back.

Eola Lounge was a blast before and after our Candlelight Concert! The upscale vibe and dress code gave it a cool, city edge without being stuffy. Service was top-notch—friendly and quick.

Eola lounge is an amazing gem. The food is incredible, drinks are perfect and there's always a dj that's on point. On top of all of that Tammy and William are the best....both are always in a great mood, they always remember our different orders, and always make us feel like family...the whole crew is great!! Eloa lounge is an must visit...even if you're not in the area....make the trip

Fantastic! We just moved to the area from out of state and we came across the Eola Lounge last week while walking around. The team is welcoming and friendly and the food is satisfying. Today, they actually remembered us from our first visit and what we ordered! The food is great- fresh and well prepared. When you are in the mood for a great burger- I highly recommend the Eola cheeseburger- classic and well done. The white Sangrias are divine and prepared perfectly by William. This will a regular spot for us. Shout out to Tammy, William, and the rest of the team- we will be back!

The food is absolutely delicious. My son and I traveled an hour and half to be here we arrived a little early for the evening menu. William was kind enough to still allow us to order the calamari. It made our day. Thank you.

I somehow managed to spend $75 and left sober and hungry. First off the service was awful we were there for 3 hours and barely managed to order anything. I waited 45 minutes for a old fashion and another 18 minutes for my check. After my friend found hair in her food and I tried a bite of the awful eggs with no seasoning, I was weary of getting any food but settled to play it safe with a side of grits and bacon. Grits tasted like they came out of a instant grits package. Had two cocktails both of which where extremely weak and not very well balanced, just lots and lots of sugar. Also the DJ was way to loud for the middle of the day. I understand having a fun DJ vibe with brunch but it was so loud the servers couldnt hear our orders and I litterally couldnt hear the person seated directly next to me. Only reason its not one star is because the bacon was good and to my understanding everyone on staff was in training still but not a great experience. Hopefully, they will make improvements but they need a lot of work.
