My mother is hospitalized and I've been cooking all her meals for her to keep her away from the unhealthy commericialized hospital food.
I was SO THRILLED to find this health food shop only about 2 blocks south of Advent Health. I called to ask a few questions and found the staff to be friendly & empathetic. I was excited for it to be a wonderful help for me in getting my mother fresh healthy food.
I ordered the salmon salad and the purify juice which were fresh & tasty.
Upon entering the tiny welcoming shop you're greeted by a pastry display holding beautiful quiches and a variety of empanadas. I was enticed by the spinach tomato quiche and purchased one for my mother. Unfortunately it was INSANELY salty and completely inedible and we ended up having to throw it away after the very first bite, money down the drain. These things happen.
Overall it was a good experience and I will return when I can.

This small kitchen is cranking out phenomenal eats!!! The staff here is amazing and don’t let the words “Health Food” trick you into thinking the food is not great. Although it’s made to be healthy it’s packed with amazing flavor and you can tell there’s a lot of love going into your meal preparation! I give this place a 10/10. Perfect for breakfast, lunch, brunch or dinner. Save room for desert too!
