If you have dairy, nut or gluten allergies, this is a MUST stop!! Although you’ll have one major problem…trying to decide what to get!! They have cinnamon rolls, donuts, brownies, cookies, you name it. And all allergy safe. A gem of a place.

I have a gluten and dairy allergy, I’ve stopped at this place multiple times and enjoyed the treats but my stomach was upset each time I’ve tried the different treats. The prices are expensive for what they are. I would prefer just going to a Disney resort and getting the beignets or a specialty resort restaurant and getting a dessert there for the price.

So had family in for Christmas so we went to Disney Springs. While there i stopped in and bought 4 cinnamon rolls and 2 churro cookies. And um...well they were horrible. The cinnamon rolls were dense and dry with little cinnamon flavor and while the cookies we not much better with the filling leaving a coating inside the mouth. The staff were great though. Too make it worse they cost $84.00

Employees were talking about how management didn’t care about their bounced payroll checks instead of worrying about greeting their customers. Manager with Black Hair is also sitting behind a wall and never once greeted anyone. Employees in the window are too busy on their phones, not changing gloves between touching cakes and Cupcakes. And while we waited,
Employees dropped frosting bag onto the nasty floor, picked it up and continued to use like nothing. Then when you finally do get to get something, it’s incredibly DRY. Disgusting place. Will never return. Health inspectors need to take a visit here!
I’m so happy this bakery exists! My dad has adopted a plant-based diet the past few months and although we found some delicious savory vegan dishes throughout Disney Springs, desserts were a little more difficult.
I ordered a variety of desserts including the Pineapple Upside Down Cake, the Brownie Whoopie Pie, the Brownie Bomb Cupcake, the Chocolate Cupcake, and the Salted Caramel Bar.
As a casual at-home baker who’s created a good amount of gluten-free and vegan desserts for family and friends over the years, I went into this with probably higher expectations than I should’ve. Desserts were so-so, a bit lacking in flavor, and quite dry (we did visit towards the end of the night, so maybe that played a factor?).
My dad loved and ate everything though! He’s definitely not as picky as I am with flavors, and he’s not a texture-fiend like I am. 😆 He saved a dessert for each morning as a small breakfast in his Disney hotel room before taking his daily medicine. And in our last night at Disney Springs, he grabbed a Salted Caramel Bar for himself. So for this alone, I give 5 stars. ✨
Staff were also kind and informative whenever I interacted with them, and they were super patient as I scrambled to get my order together. 🙏
All-in-all, I love and appreciate each and every bakery that aspires to provide inclusive food and treats, Erin McKenna’s Bakery included. It is quite pricey, but ingredients will reflect that, as well as stringent practices to prevent cross-contamination with gluten, eggs, peanuts, and other allergens. For what it’s worth, I and my family really appreciate the existence of this bakeshop and the amount of alternatives it provides to people who so often have none. Thank you!

My daughter ordered the Churrio cookie sandwich and said it was the best ever. Everything is gluten free

I found out about this Bakery while having dinner at Disney Springs and was quite excited. Unfortunately it fell flat. The staff recommended the salted carmel brownie and boy was it disappointing. Bland, no flavor. Dry, with no hint of carmel. And it was $13! I expect high prices at Disney, but I expect a level of quality. This bakery misses the mark.

Love coming here for vegan goods. Some items are a miss but now that I know what to avoid I usually enjoy everything. I mostly avoid the donuts because they’re really cakey (except the one with apple topping is moister and much better) and the scones because they’re kinda dry and not very flavorful. But I LOVE the lemon tea cake. the banana bread is also very good. the whoopie pies and cookie sandwiches are very good. there are many more treats I haven’t tried. definitely check out the “bakery sinks,” that’s my favorite thing to get. I always enjoy all the different bits in there. there’s a different assortment of things in it every time.
Was so excited to try this place. I have a dairy allergy and love baked good so this was a pleasant surprise to find at Disney. Alas the experience fell very short. Firstly the prices were outrageous but I do not mind paying for quality and a specialty item. The cinnamon donut had no flavor, the texture was ok but there was no taste. The cookie sandwich had a very nice frosting inside but the cookie itself was dry and bitter. Coffee crumb cake was the most appealing of the products but was inconsistent. The upper layer was moist with flavor while the bottom part was dry and tasted like straight dough. 3 items were $35 and was not worth it at all. Would rather go to another bakery over this one for quality, freshness and taste.

This used to be a great place for gluten-free treats. The only reason I’m living 3 stars review (not zero) only because it’s the only safe place to have treats for people with allergies. I went in today and tried the salted caramel brownie, but it was bland and overly sweet—honestly, I could mix five ingredients in a coffee mug and microwave them to get a better flavor. I'm really disappointed. Not only have prices increased significantly, but the quality of the food has also declined. Quality declined since last years and I hoped for improvement, but sadly it’s not happening
Disappointing! One word can describe our visit here today. From the not very welcoming atmosphere and staff to the product. Cupcakes do not taste fresh! Very heavy and stale, they are for sure not produced on location and not worth the price charged at $11.25 per each. Some items where not available today. They didn't run out, they were just not available.
Don't waste your time and money!
Extortionate Prices and very low quality. $17 dollars for one item. No flavour, just the taste of sugar. Better vegan options out there and correctly priced

I should have read the reviews before visiting. We drove an hour to visit this bakery. I’ve wanted to go since I heard about their Baby Cake Bakery in NYC. I’ve been a pastry chef for 30 years and had high hopes for this establishment. Unfortunately it fell short in all areas. I ordered 4 cupcakes and one slice of cranberry orange pound cake. For starters, it was $50!!! Way too much for what I bought. The items all tasted the same… bland, no flavor, and very heavy. I thought the pound cake slice would be popping with fresh citrus flavor… zero flavor whatsoever. I also make desserts & cupcakes that are all vegan gluten free nut free and mine have distinct flavor, lightness and moisture.
The service also fell short. No welcoming attitudes or smiles. It was if we were a burden. No one else was in the bakery but us. Zero excitement from their staff. It’s in the Disney Springs location. Where’s the magical smiles?
The space was uneventful. In fact, we didn’t even think it was in business as we approached the front door. And it’s December. Not even holiday lights or decor to draw customers in.
This place has potential but for now we won’t be back.

Surprised by all the poor reviews. I had a cupcake brownie with icing. I thought it was very delicious and have been wanting to come back to get a second one. I have thyroid issues and anything with gluten makes me feel terrible after eating. I ate this and felt great afterwards. Whoever is making these, great job!
