We've been here for 1 week now and I'm yet to have a warm meal from this place, despite eating here several times.
The menu opinions are extremely limited and slow to prepare, despite being pre-cooked.
There are exceptionally long queues to order your meal and then even longer and more confusing queues to actually pay for it.
The staff, although friendly appear completely clueless about the till system, which is further complicated if you are on a Disney dining plan.
Overall the food is basically school canteen level but the service is severely understaffed and undertrained.
Easily the worse part of staying at Pop Century.

Fairly good variety of food. Self serve cafeteria set up like a food court. Outside eating available.

I understand it’s Disney so the prices will be high because they can be. I do not understand why they serve all the food on flimsy little paper plates that bend from the weight of the food.

The staff seemed overwhelmed with the long lines. The checkout process can surely be streamlined.

The restaurant environment was chaotic and loud. Many of tables were dirty from crumbs and residue.

The food is cafeteria style where it sits under a heat lamp. Thus, some of the items were lukewarm by the time I was able to eat.

Although we’ve moved up from POP which is where we started our Disney vacations, we came back to check out the recent renovations. They still have the tie-dye cheesecake. Many of the food offerings have been upgraded so it’s nice to see they still have kept their classic tie-dye cheesecake.

This is the 3rd time in our stay to eat here. They are extremely understaffed in the specialty drink and ice cream counter. The other areas have emp tripping over each other, but one poor young lady behind this area is doing it all. Does this place have a supervisor?if so they must be asleep on the job....So 20minutes later my husband returns with the 2 drinks we ordered and his COLD MEAL. SKIP THIS PLACE..Eat in the park or order in.

Good place to eat close to your room at the Pop Century Resort. Drinks are overflowing + strong and you aren’t driving. Food is good.

A large and well-organized food court with a wide variety of menu options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The only downside is that it often takes a long time to pay and be seated, and then the food is cold.

The store has plenty of choice (and is constantly being updated), as you are used to from Disney stores.

pretty good food that’s reasonably priced. there is a slow turn around between breakfast and lunch so although they say lunch starts at 11am, it’s more towards 12 that they actually have all the food laid out.

The Impossible meatloaf was super tasty with garlic mashed potatoes and green beans. Also very filling. Quick and easy to order and reasonably priced.

Convenient for quick breakfast before early admissions to the parks. Also, great for quick meal after returning. Mobile ordering adds to the convenience. Variety caters to all age groups.

This place was extremely convenient when staying at the resort but what was a pleasant addition was the actual food and great service. All the times I went dining here, the workers were extremely accommodating and let me alter specific things that I bought such as more bacon, egg etc. Unfortunately it is Disney prices so you will spend more than usual but the service was excellent.
