Never host an event here. I had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a restaurant.
The staff is not on the same page at all, and the lack of clear communication feels intentional. Important details are not explained upfront, so you end up being charged additional fees once you arrive.

Ruined our birthday party because they clearly state that there is free parking in the adjacent lots and then our car was towed. Shady AF. Someone is getting a cut from the tow truck driver because we had to drive to Apopka to pick the car up. The reservation confirmation says “Free parking in adjacent lots”. Nothing like coming out from brunch and finding your car has been towed.
