Visited twice during my trip. Once to try the Beauty and the Beast cherry cake which intrigued me. The cake was like a piece of art! And it was not only beautiful but also very good. The second time I visit was during the evening to try their famous bowls. I had the vegetarian one with vegetables. I noticed after that you can add vegan chicken but it wasn't very clear so I noticed after. It was very good! It was funny to eat the bowl after eating the noodles as it is made of wafer.

We went here for lunch because it had some unique menu offerings. I got the buffalo chicken bowl, which were chicken nuggets in buffalo sauce which had coleslaw on top, and then they were sitting on a bed of mashed potatoes in a waffle bowl. I thought that this item was very interesting because of the waffle bowl. The chicken in the buffalo was good- they definitely had a little kick to them. The coleslaw was sweet and tasted good. The mashed potatoes were okay, they tasted like boxed potatoes. The waffle cone was an interesting touch... I think that its sogginess after sitting in some of the sauces contributed to me feeling weird about eating it. It felt like the flavors kind of clashed. I think that this would be fine as a bowl without the waffle cone. The service was good, the people who were working were very nice. I do not think I would get this item or similar items again, but I think it was cool to do it for the experience.

Visited Fairfax fare on July 26,2024 and ordered 5 plates of Mickey waffles for my kids and adults which include 3 Mickey face waffles and 3 pieces of bacon per plate. The waffles were pretty small but they were tasty nothing I couldn’t make at home especially for the price but your at Disney so you need to experience it all.

Got the beef brisket bowl. Just not good. Needs vegetables and bigger portions to get any points from me. This place is expensive, small portions, and just tastes mid.

Initially, I was uncertain about the food in a waffle bowl, but boy does it just work. I enjoyed the BBQ brisket and couldn't recommend it more. Absolutely delicious and probably one of the more memorable eating experiences I had on this visit.

On our latest eat there we tried the Korean Barbecued Pork Belly Bowl. It's extremely tasty and is Braised Pork Belly tossed in Korean Barbecue Sauce topped with Korean Salad and Green Onions served on Mashed Potatoes in a Waffle Bowl.We also washed it down with a Kona Big Wave Golden Ale - Kailua Kona.A good shared meal that was very tasty and a little different to try

Opted for the Korean barbecue pork belly bowl, served on a bed of mashed potatoes. Digging into the pork belly was pure joy—tender, savory, with a hint of sweetness, though a tad salty. The crispy waffle bowl on the outside added a nice crunch.

I unfortunately can't say I had a good experience here. For starters, they gave me the wrong food in my order. Aside from that though, the food was alright, and the portions are on the smaller side. The bowls are a bit strange since they are really a dessert bowl made for ice cream and it just doesn't go well with the savory meal options. If you're on this side of Hollywood Studios and in a pinch it isn't awful, but there are definitely better quick service food options in Hollywood Studios.

My wife and I were in MGM (it will always be that. Fight me!) and needed some food, so we decided to go down Sunset Boulevard.I went to Fairfax Fare and got their Korean BBQ Pork Belly Bowl and the Enchanted Rose and was not disappointed! The bowl was sweet, spicy, and savory all at the same time. Delicious! The Enchanted Rose was sweet and tasty as well! When we are in Disney again, we will be back!

Title: "A Magical Culinary Delight at Hollywood Studios: The Enchanted Rose Experience"Review:During my recent visit to Hollywood Studios, I had the absolute pleasure of savoring the Enchanted Rose dessert, a true highlight of my Disney World experience. This dessert is a masterful blend of flavors and textures: the rich, velvety dark chocolate mousse, infused with hints of blackcurrant and morello cherry, sits regally atop a crumbly chocolate shortbread cookie. The addition of whipped cookies 'n cream fluff adds a delightful sweetness and lightness, perfectly complementing the mousse. To top it off, the gilded chocolate-covered cacao nibs provide a crunchy, luxurious finish that is as pleasing to the eye as it is to the palate.Paired with a classic English Breakfast tea, this dessert was not just a treat but an experience in itself. The service at Hollywood Studios was impressively swift, ensuring that my sweet indulgence was uninterrupted. Moreover, the cleanliness and convenience of the seating area added to the overall enjoyment of my visit. This enchanting dessert, combined with the exemplary service and atmosphere, deserves a five-star rating. It’s a must-try for anyone visiting Disney World, especially for those looking to end their day with a special, memorable treat.

Barbecue Beef Brisket Bowl was heavy on the bbq sauce with very big cuts of beef, which made it hard to eat. Corn chips were an interesting flavor addition. Korean Barbecued Pork Belly Bowl was our favorite of the two. Pork was super tender and flavorful, the sauce savory and sticky, the additional fresh veggies were a great cut in fattyness. Even after having the two, I have quite decided if I enjoyed the waffle bowl with the whole meal or not. The drink was very refreshing! A tad sweet but the "Boba" was a fun texture!

We wanted a bite to eat with the family. This was a change of pace. Food was good. Had the spicy ? chicken wings over mashed potatoes. The chicken was boneless. The mashed potatoes were very good. Had chives and was well thought out. Portion was good. Service was really nice.

Vegetarian options: My wife had the veggie based soba she enjoyed it.
