I have lived near this little food truck for almost a year and finally took the plunge. When I pulled up I was met by a really nice guy who runs this little unassuming truck. I viewed the menu and saw they had quite a bit of Tex-mex food that all looked awesome! I asked if there was a pasta menu which he said an emphatic yes! I got the pasta carbonara with rigatoni and it was awesome, creamy, salty and an awesome portion. It came with a small side salad that had a vinaigrette dressing. The food was all made fresh so there was about a 10-12 minute wait but it was fantastic! This little unassuming food truck is worth a shot especially if you are wanting fresh food with a great price and an awesome portion! A some job.
