Falls Pool Bar & Grill

We ordered drinks right from the pool and loved how easy and relaxing it was! The staff was friendly, the service was quick, and the drinks were perfect for a poolside day. Great spot at the Orlando Marriott World Center.

We ordered food from the Falls Pool Bar & Grill a few times during our stay. We had a poolside Cabana for a couple of the days and we also ordered drinks for the pool while we swam.
Food menu is what to be expected from a pool bar, somewhat limited but what we did order was pretty tasty and good quality.

Service was a little inconsistent, one of our servers was very attentive but a couple of the others seemed hard to attract. If you're in a Cabana away from the pool it's a little hard to attract a server so I would hope they would make a point to stop by regularly and check on you.

Pricing is Hotel prices so expect to pay higher than some places but you're also paying for the convenience of it being poolside.

Downside is the 18% tip they automatically add. I missed that on the bill and added an additional 20% tip so the server made out like a bandit on that first one. Be aware of that.

Really bad nachos, cold pinkish cheese goo. Fries soggy and cold. Tenders meh. Fruit bowl was great, hard to mess that up.

Loved going here for lunch! Yummy spicy margaritas. Tried nachos chicken sandwich fruit bowl, Cesar Salad . Lots of gluten free options! Separate fries for fries. Be aware auto 18% tip added to bill. Went at least 5 times varying quality of service.some better than others most were great! Only one server we had was bit inattentive.

18% tip automatically added to bill. Bill comes with big tip line and percentages for you to tip. If you don't read, you double tip. Waiter rushed me to pay said he was changing shifts but I saw him say same thing to person 10 minutes prior. I told him no. He was there when I left 15 minutes later.

Food is good but way overpriced just like their drinks. They fill the glass up with ice and very little alcohol. $19.00 for a drink when it cost maybe a 1.00 to make? I am a Lifetime Titanium and we have been coming here for past 13 years. I get making money but cmon Marriott, u can do better!

Service was decent... not the staffs fault it cost $10 for a can and you get a plastic cup since it's at the pool. There are other places in the hotel to get a better value beer. Food was decent but definitely hotel prices. The mayo sitting out in the sun has gone bad... and I noticed there's nothing blocking the holes of the pour spouts on the liquor when it's an outside bar

Auto gratuity is illegal where I live in find it conceptually disgusting you charge an auto gratuity here but no where else on the premises and still have the audacity to ask for a tip ontop of what you should have included in your menu pricing, while claiming a living wage this is just an avoidance of unionization and I'm a gd Libertarians quit lying to people until they get a check. If you don't tell me the policy but post a little sign and claim it known after I've ordered it should be fraud.

A really good meal with great service. We had the chicken fingers which were fantastic, the chips and dip trio, and a bacon cheeseburger. Everything we had was really good.

Too bad I can't put 0We came for a leisurely lunch by the pool and a drink...What a desappointment !!!The photos on the hotel website do not represent reality at all!!!There are a lot of people at the swimming pool, far from being quiet...The cocktails are not great for the high price and in a plastic cup that crushes when we put it in our mouths...!! $15 a glass + 18% imposed tips + tax....Seen the photos on Google of Falls pool which we fortunately looked at before ordering... Given the prices and quality, we didn't order anything...In other much more luxury hotels where we go regularly, when we eat at the restaurant or bar, valet or self parking is included and we leave them an extra tip...Well there, nothing....For staying 1 hour or slightly more. $30 parking!!!A scandal!!!We'll never come back again
