Fat Tuesday Universal CityWalk

Had one of the worst experience at city walk, Fat Tuesday specifically the one on the 2nd floor near the bob marley restaurant. Never in my life have I ever felt discriminated against and received harshed treatment from anyone.
Had to call management due to the hasty interaction from the Fat Tuesday bartender ( short white toned Hispanic man)
Management was not helpful and made us to feel as we were the problem for not even acknowledging that we weren’t the issue here. When our approach was nothing but opened and patient.
Will never go back, my partner and I left the premises as we felt so emotionally distraught that we received such treatment for no actual reason. (My partner and I, both women)

I used to go to Fat Tuesday and recommended it often when going to city walk, well last night 11/9 at around 8:30pm on 2nd floor, we received the worst service. The minute we arrived the guy standing there on his phone ignoring us texting, finally decided to take our order and we wanted to add an extra shot, instead of clarifying he placed the order and then told us he can’t and will not make any fixes or changes because that would mean he has to call his supervisor over and he will not be doing that. So in order to be nice, we got back in line. We didn’t want any issues, we just wanted our drink? When we approached him again he once again gave us a hard time by pointing his finger and saying he is refusing service? Honestly, from the minute we got there he seemed to not like me and my partner, as we are both women. We asked for supervisor because I was so confused on why he’s making this such a big deal and giving us a hard time, we were genuinely confused. I’ve never had this issue because we aren’t the type of customers to want to cause any problems, we were having a great night. And Management? Did nothing. They truly made us feel like outcasts, I will never go back again. I never felt more discriminated.

On September 14, I prepared to consume on City Walk's Fat Tuesday and the team member Shaina K. treated me in a derogatory and unprofessional manner, her treatment was not due to a Customer when I only asked for a product and she prepared me an incorrect one. I hope this behavior is corrected because I also saw her treating other people on the line with the same attitude.

I am a constant customer of Fat Tuesdays with my annual pass and I have never had this unpleasant experience until today.

Looks like they close when they want. I was told they closed at midnight. I came to grab a drink at 11:38 and they were closed already. I don’t mind paying for over priced fat Tuesdays as it is at universal so completely understandable but the employees should close at the time they say they will.

Came to this location on the second floor of universal walk. There was a new flavor that I asked to try to see if I wanted that one mixed instead of my usual flavor. The associate Lina told me that they no longer let you sample the flavor due to COVID in 2020 of there being germs…..I still made my purchase as I was already there , but associate was unpleasant. Unfortunate experience would not come back.

My favorite place to stop in Universal! So many delicious flavors and you’re definitely getting your money’s worth the amount of alcohol they put in their slushes. So good!

Came here to get my first drink for my 21st and the lady was rude and tried to say I wasn't old enough and that my ID was fake. Then after realizing she was wrong didn’t even get an apology. Really took away from the day and I’ll always remember this place negatively.

We arrived around 1045 and after driving 41 mins and we were told that the bar was completely closed. To find something upstairs.

It's 11:05 on Thursday, hours posted say they close at midnight but 5 of us were just turned away.
