Idk how I've missed this at city walk but I'm glad I found it! Great price and soooo many flavors to choose from! I ordered the blue raspberry and octane I think. I asked the bartender what kind of alcohol which was in each and went with the best ones even got an extra shot of tequila. The staff was nice and it was fast service. Will definitely be the first place I go when I go to city walk!

Worst racist customer service! We walked up and spoke. This guy stayed texting on his phone never looked up so we spoke AGAIN for a second time .... he never looked up. He seen us coming towards him and jump on his phone. So the cashier next to him took our order. A group of people not our color stepped up and he jumped off his phone spoke loudly took those people order was a smile on his face. And then proceeded to get back to his phone! Avoid this establishment if possible . Do better young man and hire better Fat Tuesday.

Let people order start they want!!! That shot add on is a scam. I ordered a regular drink and the second lady just started pouring rum. I threw the entire drink in the trash, waste of money and the customers need more training

Fat Tuesday never disappoints great staff super friendly and the drinks I really like the new flavors love category 5, amaretto pineapple, pina colada great. Highly recommend this place for the drinkers out there!
Don’t put that you’re open until 12 if you aren’t. 3rd time I go and it’s closed at 11.

Had one of the worst experience at city walk, Fat Tuesday specifically the one on the 2nd floor near the bob marley restaurant. Never in my life have I ever felt discriminated against and received harshed treatment from anyone. Had to call management due to the hasty interaction from the Fat Tuesday bartender ( short white toned Hispanic man) Management was not helpful and made us to feel as we were the problem for not even acknowledging that we weren’t the issue here. When our approach was nothing but opened and patient. Will never go back, my partner and I left the premises as we felt so emotionally distraught that we received such treatment for no actual reason. (My partner and I, both women)

I used to go to Fat Tuesday and recommended it often when going to city walk, well last night 11/9 at around 8:30pm on 2nd floor, we received the worst service. The minute we arrived the guy standing there on his phone ignoring us texting, finally decided to take our order and we wanted to add an extra shot, instead of clarifying he placed the order and then told us he can’t and will not make any fixes or changes because that would mean he has to call his supervisor over and he will not be doing that. So in order to be nice, we got back in line. We didn’t want any issues, we just wanted our drink? When we approached him again he once again gave us a hard time by pointing his finger and saying he is refusing service? Honestly, from the minute we got there he seemed to not like me and my partner, as we are both women. We asked for supervisor because I was so confused on why he’s making this such a big deal and giving us a hard time, we were genuinely confused. I’ve never had this issue because we aren’t the type of customers to want to cause any problems, we were having a great night. And Management? Did nothing. They truly made us feel like outcasts, I will never go back again. I never felt more discriminated.
